Bought bed and after unpacking the mattress and bed were both damaged, tried to contact the company within the first hour and the weeks following with absolutely no response.
When paying a fair amount not just cheap would expect better

Beds frames are pretty decent but improve some quality!

Don't trust them they are scammers....trusted pilot i hope you font delete this review again cos people need to know ....they took the money, provide no product...pretended to be evri in text , when contacted evri they had no record of it. Got my money back through back and they did everything to challenge it despite not providing merchandise! My phone has been spammed with scamming links ever since

Also ....you look at the reviews ...they all have wrote 1 review...you dont think its them doing it themselves... seriously do not trust them

Decent bed and furniture quality is also decent but some mistakes in design marks so i would give 3 stars.

It's a nice enough bed and does the job. Comfortable to sleep on and hasn't caused any problems. The fabric marks quite easily though, so you need to be careful. Would probably give it 3.5 stars if I could.

I recently purchased a bed from their store overall quality is okay.The bed quality is decent for price but delivery took too much time i advise to improve it!

I am happy with their service bed quality was nice.

Fast smooth experience

Initially all was great, bed arrived really quickly. And then it all went wrong. There were no instructions but we figured it out and when I messaged explaining the ottoman wouldn't close they called and their advice was to force it, which we did. And then it wouldn't stay closed. After 90 minutes it was clear that wasn't going to change. And once it was in position it was clear it was not the size quoted. We are working in a small box room and they had clearly quoted the divan size and not the full size once the plush sides were added. I asked for a return and refund that day 14th Dec 2025. I'm still waiting and this bed is blocking my hallway. They offered replacement parts on 18th dec and admitted the pump was incorrectly fitted with the wrong size on 20th december. I declined the replacements as the bed was still the wrong size. They sent the parts anyway.
Then they blamed christmas for not being able to arrange a collection.
I have called, emailed and left chat messages, mostly ignored.
One email admitted their fault.
2 calls stated I would be contacted the next day with collection details. The last one being 2 weeks ago and still I have heard nothing. They are aware I have reported them to Klarna and they lied to them aswell saying it was resolved. So I have reported it again.
This 'company' is an utter scam. The stress this has cause is unreal and my daughter still doesn't have a bed as I can't order a new one from a reputable company until I receive my refund. Do not waste your time and energy, and don't believe these postive reviews which I can only assume have somehow being faked by these scam artists!

The bed looks better in real life than in the pictures and fits the room perfectly.

The quality surprised me in a good way. The frame is strong and it’s genuinely comfortable to sleep on.

The bed was delivered quickly. It was the incorrect size at first but they changed this and a new one was delivered the following week. Matress nice and soft too.

Great bed madison plush velvet pebble recommended by friend. Ottaman storage us fantastic. Highly recommend, I saw a friends and asked where it was from. Great purchase.

FRAUDSTERS - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered a bed. It arrived in poor quality and the wrong size, despite me confirming 5 times with them over WhatsApp and email the exact dimensions.

Asked them to pick it up and refund me which they agreed to. Seemed pleasant and responsive on WhatsApp initially.

They collected the bed - it was a chaotic experience but it got done.

Since then they’ve been ignoring me for weeks and not issuing the refund - eventually responding but blaming it on different reasons.

Now they’re flat out refusing to issue my refund and are also disputing the claim
via Klarna.

They’re not a serious company - I think the website is a front for a really dodgy business.

Whatever you do - do not shop with these crooks.

There are a thousand places to buy a bed online - avoid these guys like the plague.

I’ve given up trying to sort it out with them and have now had to go via Klarna to get my money back. Even though they collected the bed a month ago and promised me multiple times to issue my refund.

Save yourself the pain - shop elsewhere.

The bed is nice not as nice as the picture advertised, also they tell you once arrived they don’t deliver to any higher than lower ground yet i paid for front door delivery and I stated I suffer from sciatica, they mixed up my delivery date had to chase them down for a delivery date, also bed doesn’t fit my small double mattress so now have to buy a new mattress these are the things I asked before purchasing, all in all service wasn’t great experience for the price I paid also the headboard comes in to pieces where as the picture is one solid headboard no instructions on what goes where sent screws which have nothing to do with the bed

So easy to order delivered in a week I paid extra to have the bed assembled for me and the delivery guy did an excellent job well worth the £60. The bed is gorjus went for the Madison. Highly recommend thank you guys
