I must say over the years, Agi, Sam, Jamie, Fran, Crystal went over and beyond to help us with all kinds of problems when it comes to getting packaging supplies. We always knew what was happening when there were shortages during the pandemic and Brexit, I must say we have managed to overcome everything together, especially when it came to order spikes and busy periods when packaging had to be delivered the next day. You will hardly find a better packaging supplier. Guys you are the best and I am glad I can finally thank you for the effort you have put into dealing with us over the years. I assure you when times were tough we kept going thanks to you and the hard work you did to keep essential services running. I would like to say a big thank-you to Kayleigh Spooner for assisting us in getting a resolution on a short delivery we received this week. The carrier failed to deliver all of the items on the dispatched order and she has gone out of her way to keep me informed throughout the process of trying to find the missing goods and the next steps to get us the items we are waiting for.

Really impressed with our experience, very professional. There was an unexpected lead time delay with boxes we ordered that we needed for a pending event.
When we informed Samantha of the timescale issue she quickly came up with a solution that worked to have an alternative on time.
Communication was also very strong which is so important (ie) Samantha called when she said she would call. Solution focused firm.

I've been using Macfarlane Packaging for several years now. Price quality is very good and I like that they focus on the most useful range of packaging products needed and they do it well. Importantly their customer service is very helpful and professional and they’ll go the extra mile if needed. So important nowadays. Daniel Evans did a super job in two recent orders where I needed a delivery rescheduled urgently due to change in travel plans and also in another occasion when boxes different that I had ordered were delivered. It was all sorted quickly and without delay. Thank you!

Sarah Ellams returned my call super quick when I couldn't get hold of customer service and asked for a call back. I had lots of questions on packaging and how best to do it, needed to reorder and couldn't find what i last had, nothing was an issue, she went over and above which isn't something you get a lot of these days, everyone is in such a rush to get you off the phone, so thank for the helpful, friendly service.

We have bought from this company a fair amount over the last few years and every time they fail to deliver my goods to my address, after battling back and forth it seems they arent interested in customer service or customer retention? they seem to think its acceptable to deliver my goods to a completely different town and business without notifying me, they claim its due to a lack of access for thier 7 tonnes truck, we currently have an 18 tonner sat outside our building and regularly deal with 40 ft containers at the same address, im baffled if I am honest, it's amazing a business would be willing to pass up on custom because thier driver can't be bothered to drive up our road. what a shambles. please do not use this company and spend the small amount extra you may have to pay to recieve a service as expected.
