I had made a mistake in my order and sent a message to the company for a refund before the product was shipped, and very quickly and efficiently gave me a refund.
I also did make another order, which I received earlier than expected.

Awful company. Size guide is completely useless and then they keep your shipping fee and make you pay for return despite it being so inaccurate.

Customer service is non existent and they definitely dont care about their customers.

Garments fall apart after a few wears.

Having done research recently on post surgery compression wear as my partner is opening a private practice, i had considered a partnership with macom medical but after dealing with them, they definitely wont be getting hundreds of orders a year from us. Do not recommend

Good range of post surgical garments on the website, sizing guides clear and accurate.
Ordering was simple and the garments (I’ve ordered twice now) both arrived within 48hours of order placed.

The compression is much firmer than the garments given by the clinic, (europak) so if someone is looking for something firmer with little give - this is definitely the garment.
Having had a MMO - I preferred the all in one bra/body - just stops the rubbing around the breast wounds.
Also purchased in black to wear under an evening dress.

Tried a few different makes couldn’t quite get the right fit but these ones are perfect

The post operative bras are good an supportive, but firstly I ordered a size that fitted before and it did not fit me after, it was causing me extreme discomfort even after my body pain had gone down. I felt as if my ribs was being moved and I had to take it off and swap even when I wasn’t supposed to. After this my pain had gone right down and I started healing properly. I also washed it once and the band has material damadged even though I followed washing instructions.

The two side peices that hold on to the breast band are rock solid sticking into my sides uncomfortably and hurting my arm pits.

I have now reordered in a size up hoping for a different feeling, however I paid 10£ for next day delivery and it hasn't even come.

I placed and order with Macom and then very quickly realised I needed to change the product. I telephoned Macom and the lady I spoke to was really helpful and changed the order straight away. I received my order and the reimbursement for the price difference quicker than expected. The product is exactly what I was looking for in terms of fit and quality. I would recommend.

I had my surgery a couple of weeks ago and the hospital gave me bra that was horrible, I couldn't wear any longer. Found Macom online and got one of their bras. I wished a have done this sooner.
Perfect fit and very comfortable.

I recently purchased my first Macom bra , recommended by the clinic for my breast re augmentation surgery . I purchased the comfort bra luxura range at £42 . I also purchased a lemorosy post surgery bra from Amazon for half the price and have to say , I don't rate the Macom bra over the alternative option , I feel like it does not give the support I need and almost feels loose around my shoulders although it's on the tightest adjustable fastenings . I would say the Lemorosy brand is better quality provides better support and is more comfortable to wear .

Had my surgery a week ago and my Signature bra started to roll up. Was advised to get the Comfort bra instead and it was a game changer, instant relief. So much better, it's the best Macom bra.
Got it really fast too. Great service.

Ordering was simple, and receiving my order was much faster than I expected, given that it was a UK-based company. I haven't used my explant bras yet (12/15/25 is my surgery date), however, I have tested the fit and they are comfy and exactly what I was hoping for.

Incredibly comfortable post-surgery bra – so good I bought a second one and plan to wear them long after I need to! Comfy to sleep in, lovely stretchy fabric and super supportive.

I had breast cancer and a mastectomy last year, and last week I had reconstructive surgery with implants and went a little bigger than before. I bought the Ultimate longline compression bra and it is so comfortable and supportive. I'm quite tall (5'7") and I was advised to buy the longer lengths bra and it fits well. I'm currently wearing it 24/7. I think the shorter length would also be fine. I have a size M, and I am approximately a 34D.I'm so happy with it, I feel it's really holding everything in place and giving me confidence and reassurance in these early post-op-days. I have had no issues with it rolling up or chafing my incisions (which are under my breasts). Definitely recommend.

Was due to have breast surgery and left buying my bra to the last minute. Surgeon had recommended Macom for the bras I would require. Went on website, used the sizing guide which was simple to follow, ordered 2 different style bras, the one the surgeon requested me to buy and another to alternate. Easy to use to service, order completed quickly, received bras within 4 days. Surgery completed. Bra comfortable and easy to wear. Bras ordered were the I-bra and signature.
