Comfy bra for post operative use

I had my augmentation and I’m so grateful I didn’t have to stress about what cup size these medical bras were as they’re expandable. Very comfy & soft. I will be purchasing more!

Bought this compression vest as a spare after breast reduction surgery. Doesn’t fit as well as the hospital issued compression garment. Exactly the same brand & size, only difference was the colour (clay instead of black) Slightly tighter and the shoulders are looser even on the tightest fit.

Really good product and speedy delivery

It arrived fast and look great I had augmentation Wednesday so have been alternating between two macom bras. My pain threshold is really good I survived on only paracetamol but this bra is so uncomfortable I’m having to wear fluffy bed socks over the incisions as it keep rubbing which is making recovery far more uncomfortable than it should be. I paid 50 pound each so 100 in total. I’m having to sleep with two hooks undone at the front also. I wish I read the reviews more before buying as a lot of people on forums are saying the exact same thing about these bras. 6 weeks would be completely unbearable in these. I definitely wouldn’t recommend

I purchased one of these bras immediately after my surgery, having expected a premium post-operative garment based on the company's reputation and pricing. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was surprised by how thin and flimsy the material felt. Compared with both the surgical bra provided by my consultant and another post-operative bra I had purchased from Amazon, it appeared to offer significantly less support and felt disappointingly low in quality.

As a result, I repackaged the bra in its original condition and requested a refund without ever wearing it. Despite the company advertising "hassle-free returns", I received no response to my initial request after two weeks. I then contacted customer services again, and a further two weeks have now passed without any acknowledgement or reply.

My experience has been anything but hassle-free. In my view, a genuinely straightforward returns process would include a prepaid returns label or, at the very least, prompt communication. Requiring customers to request a returns label and then ignoring those requests for weeks is frustrating and falls well below the standard I would expect from a reputable company.

Based on both the quality of the product and the poor customer service I have experienced, I would not recommend this brand.

My surgeon recommended these bras following an operation. It is comfortable, fairly easy to fasten, and the material is breathable. I need to wear a compression bra constantly for eight weeks post surgery and I feel it’s doing its job. The order arrived quickly and when I ordered a second one in a different style which was too tight, the exchange process was easy.

I’ve used this company in the past. The bras are supportive and I feel protected and comfortable as I have to wear them 24/7 for 3 weeks. I’ve also bought another for after this period. They were recommended by my surgeon and they do seem robust and made well. I can’t comment on the longevity of the garments yet but I do remember the other one I bought a few years ago held up. They do get washed a lot to reduce infection so I hope they wash well

Macom have been great. Easy to order, fast delivery. However, you pay for delivery when ordering but then if you are returning an item you pay the postage again!!!

The bra's themselves are good quality, easy to wash and dry quickly. However, following the particular surgery I had (mastopexy WITHOUT implants) I was advised by my nurse to purchase the i-bra (which I did and bought 2). These were really uncomfortable and curled up, resting on my incisions and when I did some research I found that I should have been advised to purchase the Signature bra. I couldn't return the 2 i-bras as I'd worn them .

Please, before you purchase your post-op surgical bras (on advice), do your own research to make sure you buy the correct one.

The bras I ordered for post surgery were and are super! The fit, the comfort the support, all top quality. I ordered the wrong size for the second one and the returns process was easy and seamless! 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

Quick delivery. The garment has been great - 7 days post explant and capsulectomy. It’s tight so not overly comfortable, but I will continue to wear as I don’t have drains and it has stopped fluid build up.
