Really comfortable yet supportive post surgical bras, used for both mastopexy and augmentation.
Don’t feel constricted even when wearing 23 hours a day, I carried on wearing mine long after the required time period

DO NOT BUY THE SIGNATURE BRA
I really really do not recommend the signature bra. I ordered with express delivery after my surgery because I heard good things about the bra and brand.
After a few hours of use, the bra began to continuously roll up and dig in my incisions. It’s like it’s permanently set in this way and will not flatten! I read loads of reviews of this happening on and i’m devastated I didn’t see it sooner. Bras should NOT be rolling up, it’s basic surgical bra expectations.
Since the bra is worn I’m not entitled to a full refund - which is painful because the bra was £50 and I will never wear it again because of how uncomfortable it is. I actually cried wearing it.
Since then I ordered “FeelinGirl surgical bra” from Amazon and it is WAY more comfortable. Even Lipoelastic is better too!
Customer service were no help - they first told me to order another bra, then they apologised and offered 30% off (which is still not a solution because the quality is poor!).
Sad that i’ve lost so much money from the decision to purchase here :(

The rolling you experienced can sometimes occur depending on factors such as torso length, post-operative swelling, bloating and body shape. As post-surgical bras sit around the upper abdomen, the band may roll on some body types or when changing position, particularly in the early stages of recovery. We understand how uncomfortable this can be when incisions are still healing.
When you contacted us, we suggested an alternative style as different designs suit different body shapes and recovery needs, and we also offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate that this did not provide the resolution you were hoping for.
Your feedback has been shared with our team, as we are continually working to improve both our products and our customers' experience. We're sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations.

The support belt is made very well and support is brilliant a little on the wide side for small people like myself. Delivery was pretty fast.

Excellent after care service
The delivery was as promised. My daughter then had some concern with the fit of the garment she had purchased and Macom were extremely helpful and very quick in responding to her question, which in turn put her mind to rest.

Silly little things matter sometimes
Silly little things matter sometimes. I ordered a black compression garment for a reason yet I received a clay one. To add insult to injury clay was crossed out on the box and black written with a sharpie. There was no time to exchange it so I didn't bother. Congratulations

Exceptional service 10/10 quality too
Exceptional service, product was slightly too big so had to return but the email from Macon encouraged exchange or refund rather than made it impossible.
Very quick exchange and the comfort of the product is unreal! I’ve had post surgery bras before and this one doesn’t even feel like you are wearing one

Amazing bras
Amazing bras although the hooks and eyes aren’t the easiest so my surgeon didn’t use this bra straight after my op, but after a few weeks i used them and they were the best - very supportive and uplifting.
I bought the red and black, both are great but sadly they no longer do the red and it was lovely.
A year after surgery and they are the only bra I wear at night to keep my implants supported.
Couldn’t rate them enough and couldn’t be without them.
Just please bring back the red ones.

Sort the bands out to stop them rolling up
Bought 3 bras from here 2 signature bras 1 large 1 Xtra large and a comfort bra in large as per measurements.
Band feels loose in Xtra large when I'm standing but tight and rolls up when lying down, due to meds I'm bloated. The bands are rolling up into my incision line hurting me I only bought the Xtra large because I would be swollen post surgery and the large from when swelling went down. I can't send none back as tried them all on to get comfortable and don't think going even larger will help. You need to sort this out by looks of reviews it's common issue when bands are rolling up into people's incisions and causing pain. These bras are expensive enough as well

Post-surgical swelling, bloating and changes in body shape during recovery can sometimes affect how the band sits, particularly when moving between standing and lying positions. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when the band is sitting against incision areas.
Post-surgical bras can also sit around the middle of the abdomen depending on torso length, and unfortunately this can sometimes contribute to the band rolling upwards.

They send you the item and if you need to exchange they make up the excuses you have worn it when you tell them you have not and the tag that says if taken off no exchange. Even when That tag was off in the bag already they still claim no exchange they are a very very bad company if you want to exchange an item avoid at all costs pass them message to all your friends and company's

Satisfied but not impresse
Great delivery and nice looking garment but the compression is not surgical grade so I was quite disappointed, perhaps
I should’ve sized down to XS despite being an 8-10 UK sizing. It does well under my surgical compression garment and under an additional surgical sports bra. I did find it quite expensive in the end.

Our garments are made using medical-grade compression fabric, carefully measured to apply balanced compression throughout the body without being overly tight. Excessive compression can be harmful and may contribute to complications such as haematomas or seromas. We usually advise customers to check the fit with a member of their surgical team, and if additional compression is needed, we would be happy to suggest different styles or additional garments.
