This company is a scam
This company is a scam, Based out of China. Money back guarantee my foot!!!! Got the shoes and they did not fit. I was then told I had to ship it to China to get a replacement which was more than the cost of the shoes. If you are going to conduct business in America you should make it easy for Americans to deal with your company.

The order was promised by Christmas week. I didn't receive it and requested to cancel. They sent them anyway and I requested a refund. The attempt was unsuccessful so now I have a present that didn't fit and came too late.
I would NOT order from this company again.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this website. My father seen a pair of shoes and I bought them for Christmas, I purchased the shoes in 12/19/2022 I have yet to receive anything. I keep emailing and calling but nothing all it ever says is “our team will contact you as soon as possible.” Like who gives a phone but doesn’t answer and just says contact us on our website. And it’s only through emails. But it’s always a robot or something it’s not an actual person communicating with you to answer your questions. It’s so aggravating and absurd. Watch out folks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! I should’ve read the signs it was suspicious from the beginning.

I found the customer service to be nothing more than a scam. When I purchased some shoes, I needed to return one pair. Their website represent that they are in California. If you need any customer service returns or exchanges, you have to send them to China at your own expense. A $70 pair of shoes required a $40 shipping fee to China. As long as you plan to keep what you order they’re good but if you have any need for support be sure you open up your checkbook so that you can pay the shipment back to China. When I went to the webpage and tried to call them. The number was disconnected and the email address that they provided they do not monitor. I finally went online and found a place to email. But because it took 30 days to get a hold of them they claimed it had been more than 30 days and would not support my request. It’s a China Scam - Stay Away!!

Defective shoes & unreimbursed shipping of $200!
The shoes that were sent were defective (there was a piece of exposed plastic inside that jabbed into the foot). I simply wanted an exchange of shoes that were not defective, and they told me several times that I would have to send them back to China and the cost of the shipping would not be reimbursed - over $200 USD! I would not recommend this company for any purchases, as their customer service is very poor.

The shoes are very stylish
The shoes are very stylish. Get a comment on them almost every time I wear them. Also the soles don't pick up stones. They are very comfortable and is why I bought 4 pair of different colours.

Quick ship and well made

This company is in China
This company is in China, not Texas. I was sent a pair of shoes I did not order. In order to return the shoes, they have to be sent to China. Lowest cost is way over the value of the shoes. So, consequently you are better off keeping the shoes you didn’t order, since “satisfaction guaranteed” is not their true way of doing business. I will never buy another pair of shoes from this company ever again & recommend staying away from this website.
