If this site had a negative star I would give it negative star. After receiving the wrong size shoes, and what seems to be less than average materials, their customer service dept continued to ignore my request for the return address, to return the shoes and request the correct size or a refund. This is the first and last time I will order or recommend this company to anyone I know.

Very Bad,I bought leather boots from maxima , they said the boots are good quality leather boots, and when they arrive I found out is all lies. The boots are made from sheap plastic imitation. I tried to return them and the customer service told me that I need to return them to China, which cost more than the boots.

This is a scam. Don’t waste your money.
Retuning these cheep shoes cost more than they are worth.
The company will respond with something like they will have a representative contact me. Unlikely to happen and if it does they will not help. They will refer to their return policy that it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping. That is fine if it was to a reasonable location. China is not reasonable. This is an unethical company.

They sent me the wrong size
They sent me the wrong size. Then they offered a full refund, but they expect you to ship the shoes back to China. Shipping charge is more than the cost of the shoes. Beware of this company. They do not take care of their customers.

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company. Shoes arrived. Too small—definitely not sized correctly. Wanted to return them for a refund. The product was shipped to me from Franklin Park, Illinois. However, to return them, they expected me to ship them to China?!?! Total rip off. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!...it took over a month once they charged my credit card and the shoes arrived in a black trash bag surrounded by packing tape...they were cheap and not at all what was described...I sent them back immediately to the return address..I contacted them to get my $ back and they told me I have to send them back to CHINA and go through customs...I had already sent them back to the address on the package...they refused to refund my $...so I am out the $69 and they have the product...DO NOT buy from these people!!!

The Shoes!
The shoes are absolutely phenomenal! Beautifully made, incredibly comfortable. I would definitely buy Madixa again. However, the customer service is terribly difficult and response tends to be slow. Also bear in mind that you will have to wait for quite a while to get your shoes after your payment. But once I have received my shoes, they were so worth the wait.

Excellent, Comfortable, Dress,Casual Shoes
These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and also the nicest looking shoes. I have received numerous compliments on these shoes. I prefer the black and brown pair the most, but have received the most compliments on my blue pair.
