OMG absolute SCAM!!

I ordered a medium and it’s something I could possibly fit my cat in to. Supposed to be a family business but took weeks to arrive and then when said doesn’t fit wanted a £10.99 handling fee and then said I pay another £10 I can have another one sent too me !!! wish I had read this review before purchasing!!!

How can these people make money out of hardworking honest people absolute SCUM!!!

I wish i had read the reviews prior to ordering. The item i received wouldnt fit a small child let alone a fully grown woman. I am size 6-8 so ordered a Small. I emailed Geri (customer Support) for a return address. Well, she advised me to keep the garment and that she could offer me a replacement for an extra £10!! she even suggested i should check the size chart, which i obviously did prior to ordering. I believe this company deliberately send out incorrect sizes in order to maximise their profits - by then offering to send the "correct" size for a fee. It's an absolute disgrace. Please avoid these people at all costs

O dear! Looking at the web site there is no indication that this "family run Business" is based in China. No proper sizing given, I wanted to return the ill fitting garment I received as per their returns policy! Ha Ha! giving me an address in china, as their UK warehouse is currently unavailable to accept returns!! Offered me 50% off to keep a garment I cannot wear but no sign of a refund. Hey Ho you live and learn!!

Would give no stars if I could absolutely rubbish wouldn’t fit a Barbie doll what a rip off completely wasted my money

Oh god I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this 'UK family business'. Only after ordering and paying for the items do you find they'll be coming from China. Well after 2 weeks I'm still waiting and obviously been scammed for £40. Unfortunately I paid with a debit rather than a credit card so I can't even request a Bank charge back. Avoid Avoid Avoid

scam ,i ordered medium andgot something forthesize of a 5 yr old child LITERALLY ,when i asked to refund , they wanted me to send more money for a bigger size ,then offered 50% refund ,its chineseSCAM company!

Agreed! This is a total scam. The telephone number provided is a recording that the office is closed during what should be business hours. The sizes are horribly inaccurate. Even going by the good reviews is a scam! I have been trying to get assistance for a week.

I ordered two items and they took 4 weeks to arrive, (from China) One of them was the wrong size, emailed for a refund and received no reply! Clearly a SCAM!

Everything about this company purports to be a UK company - it isn’t.
Items are manufactured in China and are undersized and flimsy.
Returns are next to impossible, you would need to pay postage and await review, the best you can hope for is an offer of a partial refund - and to keep the (unusable) items.

If I could put no stars I would absolutely disgraceful, sizes are to fit a doll! No customer service just get a bot who delivers same message! Come from china but says it’s UK! What a waste of money! Please don’t waste your money on this scam company I would rather have my lumps and bumps than order anything from these!!!’

I waited over 10 days for this item and it didn’t fit. The medium came up as an extra small. I wasn’t aware that it was coming from China so it’s unlikely that I can get a refund now.

Order 12158 Absolutely awful. Ordered on the 29th November for an event on the 13th December. Little did I know that this is a company that is drop shipping from China. It is now the 11th Dec and still nothing!. They keep asking me to wait another week. This company looks like a UK company but is buying items from China and selling them off. The guidance is 3-7 working days from the shop date. They tell me they have no control over this which is probably true, however do not mislead people into thinking they will have there item soon and that you are a UK company. Please avoid this company and if you are looking for your shapewear for a particular event go to M&S and buy theirs. It's cheaper and more than likely better quality!

I was most impressed with this company I forgot to change the size from the generic medium that was shown to the size I required. I emailed and they changed this as for me. They then messaged me to confirm. Excellent customer service!

(Update: I received a refund) I am so disappointed and angry that I haven't checked trust pilot on the first place, the same thing described by others just happened to me. It's a scam company operating from China, the product is Unbranded and extremely tiny you would think it's for a doll not a human! Their return/refund policy is another big scam as they ask you to pay for replacement 10£ to receive another one and keep the old one. That's absolutely outrageous, anyone knows how to report this faudulent website?

Avoid at all costs £26 paid and waited almost 2 weeks and received unbranded item which could be bought from Shein or Temu for a few £. You send an email to supportmagicshaper.co.uk and get an automated message from a random name from email address magic-shaper-uk.reamaze.com. This is clearly not a UK based site or warehouse-appeared to be shipped from India. Scam please avoid!

Please do not waste your money. They are not delivering the products from UK, and they don’t have any UK warehouse. You can order exactly same product from Temu or Alibaba to a cheaper price. I am so disappointed that I haven’t check the reviews in here.
Return process is not working as well. So avoid.

Don't waste your money! I asked for a size large...when took it out packet it looked tiny!! Couldn't even get it on an i near screamed out loud trying get it back off it was that small! Sending it back told them I want refund. Their sizes are for dolls!
