Thank you for the quick delivery to the states. I am not going to lie, I was worried that It was a scam or that I wouldn't get the item in time for Christmas.

Great jacket but poor packaging/shipping
The package came smashed down and with a wet box. The jacket inside was also damp but dried out with several fans blown on it. No obvious damage occurred to it. Perhaps Mailon could ship their items in waterproof bags or vaccum bags to prevent this? Nice quality jacket however.

We are happy everything turned out OK and you are satisfied with your order and the quality of our products. We use custom made hardboard boxes however Couriers do not really take care of them as they are supposed to. A wet box and content is totally new to us, so we will definitely note this for future orders. Thank you for the feedback. Happy New Year

This was my second order with this furrier & my FIRST Blackglama. It was super easy to place my order and my coat was shipped out a day earlier than was quoted. Thank you. My coat is BEAUTIFUL & very well made. It was shipped via UPS express and arrived quickly. I brought it to my local furrier to be monogrammed and he was so impressed with the coat!
