Amazing customer service
I found myself in a situation where I needed a SAP assessment for some work starting imminently after the LABC were being very slow. I called Muhammed at Manchester EPC and he was fantastic. He worked his hardest to get the assessment done as quickly as possible for me - 48 hours between speaking to him on the phone and the work being finished and in my inbox - and on a Saturday nonetheless! I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and professionalism. I would recommend Manchester EPC to anyone!

Muhammad from Manchester EPC was very easy to contact. Could come out to do our EPC’s the next day. He was very professional while in the houses. Uploaded the drafts the same day for me to confirm. Then uploaded the proper copies onto the gov website straightaway. Highly recommend. Will be using this company again.
