First of all it was clear that he new what he was doing and going about it it in a very professional way, this helped me to understand the whys and reasons for the EPC there was a few things I didn't understand and he took the time and patience to explain things to me, very polite and helpful.

Right from the original booking I was…
Right from the original booking I was kept up to date and when I had to rearrange the date everything was very easy , the surveyor phoned me to let me know how long he was from the property and was really helpful and the report was emailed to me within 24 hours

Not a good experience at all
Not a good experience at all. The appointment was scheduled for 12:00 noon, but the assessor arrived much earlier, at 10:40 am. As no one was at the property at that time, the appointment could not go ahead as planned.
Unfortunately, due to the assessor's other appointments and the distance they had travelled from the property, they were unable to return at the agreed time. As a result, the appointment had to be rearranged for the following day, causing unnecessary inconvenience and disruption.
I would have expected the assessor to arrive at the agreed appointment time, or at least contact us beforehand if they intended to arrive early.

Disappointing Service for the Second Time - Still Waiting for My EPC After 4 Days
EPC promised within 48 hours. Four days after the visit, which itself took a day and a half to arrange, I still haven't received the EPC. The technician has gone silent, isn't answering phone calls, and hasn't responded to any texts. I have no idea when, or if, I will receive the report.
I called and emailed Energy Performance Certificates. They didn't know what was happening and promised to get back to me, but they never did.
This is the second time I've used this company. The first time, I wasn't sure whether the poor service was a one-off, so I gave them a 3-star review and the benefit of the doubt.
Unfortunately, it now seems that this is a company-wide issue rather than an isolated incident. I would avoid using them.
