Disappointed and stressed
I ordered my epc on the morning of Thursday 24th September 26 around 10am and expected to hear from an agent within 24 hours (as per the promise on the website) 2 days later, I've still heard nothing!! I paid for the certificate when I ordered it so then couldn't afford to go somewhere else. I wanted to list my property on the Friday (which I could've done if I'd just had a future appointment booked for my epc) but was unable to do that as I hadn't received an appointment which has meant that I've now missed a whole weekend of possible viewing opportunities for my house and possibly also lost the property that I was hoping to buy as someone else is also in the running for it and they did get their property listed in time for the weekend. I emailed on Friday lunchtime to chase up my order and was told that they would chase up the agent but I've heard nothing so I'm now seeking a refund. If I have to pay in advance for a service, I think it's only fair to expect a prompt response from the company in question, not have them take my money and leave me waiting for several days.

I’m really sorry to read this, particularly as you were relying on the EPC being arranged promptly so that you could get your property listed over the weekend. I completely appreciate how frustrating and concerning it must have been to be left waiting after placing your order and paying in advance.
The fact that you had already contacted us on Friday to chase this and were still left without an appointment is not the experience we want for our customers, and I’m very sorry.

Was v straightforward to organise
Was v straightforward to organise. We thought it reasonably priced.
We did get 'chased' a bit before going ahead but couldn't move any quicker than we did. Ryan was quickly in touch but there didn't seem to be much room for flexibility re when it could be carried out and it wasn't straightforward for us as neither my sister nor I were nearby on the date offered. That being said visit and certificate issue all done swiftly.
