Terrible hair loss
I tried color refresh treatment and for the last two weeks my hair had been coming out in clumps. Never had such a massive and sudden hair loss in my life! Will never ever use or recommend this brand.

Experienced hairdresser suggested
So I went to hairhouse warehouse because I needed a mask treatment for My hair, upon speaking to a nice girl we got on the topic of muk not helping with my frizzy curls, to which she pointed me in the direction of the maria nila brand and said my hair won't feel as It did with muk..... SADLY this wasn't the case, I fell like I have just sprayed a heap of mouse on my hand and spread it across my hair. I have natural thick super wavy curly hair, it feels like I havnt washed My hair in days which is what I was trying to avoid, I am glad I only had a sample pot and didnk fork out the cost like I did with the muk and be so disappointed.

Håret blev slitet och frissigt
Blev rekommenderad Maria Nilas reparerande schampo/balsam av en frisör jag var hos vid ett tillfälle. Använde i några månader. Har haft problem länge med mjäll och eksem i hårbotten, vilket faktiskt blev bättre med Maria Nilas produkter. Men min hårkvalité blev verkligen jättedålig över tid. Jag har naturligt lockigt hår, och fick stora problem med att det blev frissigt och avslitet. Blev en stor kostnad för att sedan inse att resultatet inte blev helt bra. Återgick därefter till mitt vanliga schampo och balsam eftersom jag inte kände mig övertygad att jag skulle få tillbaka det fina håret jag hade innan utan det.

disappointing
I recently spent over €100 on shampoo and conditioner from this brand, expecting top quality. Unfortunately, after using them, my hair has become dry, unmanageable, and nothing like what was promised.
When I reported this, I was told that the products might be past their expiration date and that the responsibility lies with the seller because I received the products from my sister. This feels like they're shifting the blame. For such a high price, I expect better service and products that deliver on their promises, regardless of where they were purchased. Very disappointing—I do not recommend this brand.

When products are purchased from a third party, we unfortunately can't guarantee the product quality or freshness, as our official channels strictly manage stock rotation and storage. We can always investigate batch numbers, and it this case it seems like they may were expired.
We always recommend buying directly from our authorized retailers or our website to ensure you receive products that are fresh and fully effective.

Grundsätzlich sind die Produkte gut
Grundsätzlich sind die Produkte gut. Aber: beim Haarspray verklebt die Düse in kürzester Zeit. Beim Styling Mousse verbleibt ca einviertel in der Dose, weil das Sprühsystem nicht mehr funktioniert. Meine 'Bescherde' bei Maria Nila verlief sehr unbefriedigend. Ich bin auf andere, gute Produkte umgestiegen.

Maria Nila gav mig grønt og ødelagt hår
Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette mærke samt deres produkter til nogen.
Efter at have brugt deres color refresh i 6 måneder, fik jeg så absurd grønt hår at jeg måtte til frisøren og have det farvet. Frisøren var chokeret, men havde desværre haft en kunde med et lignende tilfælde, som også havde brugt Maria Nila.
Jeg kontaktede Maria Nila, blev sendt en shampoo og en prøve balsam. Jeg har kontaktet dem, med billeder af mit grønne hår, og låget i min color refresher, som også er grønt. Sikke en måder at tage kunderne alvorligt på. Shampooen gjorde bare mit hår grønnere og totalt tørt. Jeg vil fremover advare alle mod at bruge dette mærke.

We have been using Maria Nila in salon now for just over a month, and personally for a bit longer. The story behind the brand is so inspiring and we love 'the friendly year' ! We have nothing but good things to say about this range of products! Our clients are loving all of the products and the price too! The smells from the sprays are amazing and nothing like we have smelt before! The bottles/cans are beautiful to look at, as well as being environmentally friendly! A massive thank you to Rosie at Maria Nila for all your support and time when introducing the product range to us. Some of our favourite products so far are the volume range, the coils and curls range, invisidry shampoo, and the true soft argan oil. The salon has never smelt better :)

Absolutely wonderful products
Absolutely wonderful products. I am in my late 50s and whether my hormones are messing around with my hair I’m not sure. Dry itchy red scalp driving me crazy. I tried the heal range and after just one wash I am a happy woman. Couldn’t believe the results. Thank you Maria Nila

Brug ikke dette produkt. Jeg har brunt og gråt hår og har brugt deres balsamfarve Coco og Coco intens. Efter at være stoppet med at bruge balsamfarven er mine grå hår blevet blå/grønne. Det var så slemt, at jeg har været til frisør og få håret farvet. Maria Nila har sendt mig nogle produkter som skal kunne få misfarvningen væk (så de må have hørt om problemet før) men har ikke ville refundere udgifterne til de ubrugte produkter.

Vi er naturligvis kede af, at dette er sket for dig. Det shampoo, som du har fået tilsendt, er en dybderensende produkt, som er optimal til hurtigt at fjerne pigment og snavs fra både hovedbund og længder, og det kan bruges ved behov. De Color-refresh farver, som du har købt, er ikke beregnet til brug på lyst hår, hvilket vi også har skrevet tydeligt på hjemmesiden. Hvis jeg har forstået det korrekt, så er du ikke blond, men du har en del grå hår ind imellem, hvilket kan resultere i uønskede reaktioner.
Eftersom produkterne ikke er købt hos os, bliver vi nødt til at henvise dig til butikken, du har købt hos, for yderligere hjælp i forhold til returnering eller reklamation.

I have been using Maria Nila for 9 months now and have used many professional Haircare brands prior - I can honestly say this is the best my hair has ever felt - the colour shampoo and conditioner smells amazing and adds so much shine. The cream heat spray is AMAZING my fave from the range.

Scent of hair spray is too strong
Scent of hair spray is too strong. I did not ask to see if I could return but I don't believe that was possible as it wasn't offered. And I'm sure she would have if it were possible. So I will see if a friend can make use of it. I do not hold the stylist responsible.

Loving it
Love this product. Been using for more than 3 months now and I absolutely love it. Use the heel range on my kids as it is gentle on their skin and am able to brush long hair with ease when using the conditioner. Will definitely be buying more In this range

Firstly reading some of these reviews has blown my mind! Absolute nonsense! We’ve been using Maria Nila both professionally and personally now for over 14 months and have been pleased with every product and naturally favour some over others. Not one single client or member of staff have had any hair loss or breakage from using any of the Maria Nila shampoos {absolute piffle) We got to visit the factory in Sweden and couldn’t have been treated any better. The ethos of this company is what attracted us to them and then the amazing products are what keeps us using them. Long live Maria Nila
The Head & Hair Heal is my personal favourite shampoo and has helped some clients with encouraging their hair too grow. The volume spray and the texture spray are in my top favs too
