Mario Moving London Avis

No nonsense. Got the job done.

Brilliant and professional service!

5 stars is simply not enough – this was our first ever move from our childhood home in London to a new house in Hampshire as a family of four and 1 dog and they packed everything within 3 hours!!! Not to mention they were very kind to my dog and kept giving him head rubs every time he walked by. This company were beyond excellent - from the sales marketer (Paul) to the three Marios who packed and helped us move. The price, time, efficiency, and service were all top notch. The booking process was dreamy to the point that I was even skeptical on whether it was too good to be true.. they reply within seconds, very friendly, don’t get annoyed with all my first-time questions and constant reassurances that they only want to help and make it easy for us. Unlike my previous movers, who acted nice until deposit was taken and from then, went downhill, Mario Movers were the complete opposite. Couldn’t recommend anymore and will 100% continue to use them as well as recommend them to everyone. Mario Movers, please don’t ever change your friendliness, professionalism, and affordability – not much genuine companies out here anymore!!

Great experience with Mario Moving. Good communication from the company and the staff on the day (who were very professional)

Amazing team and delivery! Well done guys!

We’ve used Mario moving before and thought they were fantastic and yet again they were great. Christian and the team went above and beyond to help move the huge amount of stuff we had from our terrace to our renovated house. They were timely, careful and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough

This is the second time with Mario - they did a great job again for our London move. The planning was painless and both packing day and move day went off without a hitch. We found the team pleasant and helpful. Have recommended them to friends, who were also satisfied.

The best movers I’ve ever used, highly recommend. I had a cancellation last minute and they came in and saved the day. Thank you guys!

Great experience. Christian and the team were brilliant, quick, and professional! Everything went smoothly, which is much appreciated since moving can always be stressful. Highly recommend.

Mario Moving were extremely flexible in a time where we could not lock down a moving date due rubbish solicitors.
However they did everything to make it happen when I needed it and succeed. Very happy and very grateful

Excellent packing! Time taken as estimated which is useful to plan the day. Loved the fixed price model instead of an hourly rate

Mario movers are great - super responsive to queries to had about the move leading up to it, and on the day, they were professional, on time and moved all my stuff with care.

Movers arrived on time and were able to move most of our things. Did not appreciate the attitude towards us when it came to how we packed. We were criticised by the workers for not having everything in boxes and it was clear they were annoyed with us throughout the day. Though they were not speaking English, the parts I did catch were clearly directed towards us and I am sure it was not kind. I have moved many times with other companies. I have never been treated this way before. Movers also refused to take our plants, claiming there was no space in the truck. We moved the rest ourselves as we just wanted them gone.

The 2 crews that carried out my move from Ilford to Suffolk took all the stress out of the packing and relocation. Efficient, considerate. respectful of my house and belongings. Taking time to double check things with me with regards personal items. Thoroughly recommend. 10/10

Great service from start to finish: in person, onside survey was comprehensive and the surveyor listened to what we needed. Communication thereafter was frequent.
Packing team of two arrived on time , wrre well organised, had the right quantity of materials and worked hard
all day.
Larger moving team arrived the following day and were quick and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our belongings were moved quickly, put into the right rooms and furniture requiring reassembly was done well. We had no breakages or items missing.
Following our move the empty boxes were collected on the day we requested, with no fuss.
We would highly recommend Mario Moving - and their price was very competitive.

Mario moving were really good. They packed everything well and moved it all for me. They were polite and professional. I would use them again.

I recently had the fantastic experience of working with Mario Moving company, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the initial virtual survey to the booking process, everything was seamless and efficient. But what truly made our move exceptional were the movers themselves - Sebastian, Eugene, and Robert. They arrived early, were incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our move was stress-free. Their attention to detail, care for our belongings, and friendly demeanor made the entire process a breeze. Special shoutout to Christian, who orchestrated everything flawlessly. If you're looking for a reliable, courteous, and expert moving company, look no further than Mario Moving. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could! Highly recommended

Mario movers were excellent, right from the quote process through to the unpacking. Super responsive, user friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Christian and his team were brilliant… they managed everything we asked of them, sofas, piano, taking doors of hinges, lifting through windows …. Nothing was too much. They were polite, careful and efficient. Great work! Many thanks

Excellent - we’ve been in the new place for a few weeks and still talking about how amazing the Mario Moving team were. Worth every penny. Friendly team who sorted out everything and made what could otherwise be very stressful comparatively calm.
