I would highly recommend Christian and his team of movers . They were highly professional and punctual they were able to make our move less stressful.
The reason for 4 stars is that we had to pay for waiting time . There is 1 hour free waiting time for people like us who did not have the keys. I would discuss your situation with the team beforehand.

In having to relocate my mother from South to East London Mario Movers became instrumental in making this happen in a short period of time. The overall packing and unpacking fee was affordable and highly competitive. The movers were professional and cared about the packing and transporting my mother's items. They finished quicker than expected, which was a bonus for us. I will definitely use them again if required.

Provided a good quote and they accurately estimated the packing time. Everything was safe and delivered to the correct room, and the furniture reassembled. Glad we used them.

3 men did a very fast and efficient job with my packing and moving. They were quicker than another company i had previously used, and a much better price. Put everything where I needed, nothing was broken, and they dismantled and reassembled the furniture. it totally took the stress out of my move!

Absolute legends! We just moved in the new house with the help of Christian and his team. They were beyond amazing, helpful and just fantastic! They were fast, kind and treated our stuff and home with great respect. Will give 10 stars if we could.

Not recommended. Very disappointing service.

We asked the movers to start from the top floor because our cat was in the kitchen, but this was ignored.

They rushed us to let them leave, saying they had a three-hour drive, even though the job was not finished and items were missed. They refused to wait a few minutes for us to close up and would not allow my husband to travel with them. We had to take missed items ourselves (including a large vase), which was extremely difficult as we were already traveling with our baby, cat, and belongings.

We paid the FULL invoice of £2,630, which included a charge of £80 per hour per van (£320 total) just for waiting for the keys. After we made the full payment, we were told that carpet protection was extra of £80. When we asked for an invoice for this additional charge, we were told “there is no invoice for carpet protection” and were pressured to send the payment to a personal bank account belonging to someone named George. They refused to leave unless we paid, despite the full invoice already being paid!!!

Would not use again.

It was the second time using Mario Moving. They were one of the easiest and most flexible moving company we dealt with, with their from survey via phone but also one of the thoroughest. Pricing were very transparent, and they manage to price- match to their competition for us. On the day of the move, everything went seamlessly. We got the packing service and my god those guys are efficient! Nothing was damaged, everything wrapped efficiently and effectively. Honestly couldn’t have wished for a better move. The crew on the day was very easy to engage with and considerate to our family need. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

We used Mario Moving for a long distance move (128 miles) on 11th December. Due to constant delays with our Vendors Solicitors, we had to keep moving dates and Mario Moving were extremely flexible and patient with this very stressful time for us and they gave us some relief from the stress.

On the day of the move, we had two teams arrive 15 minutes early and the guys really worked hard. They had the house loaded up within 2 hours. (Typical 3 bed house with garage full of boxes) The guys were simple amazing and they worked their socks off to ensure everything was loaded securely.

Then at the new house, they promptly unloaded, nothing broken and I would certainly not hesitate to use them again and 100% recommend them.

We used Mario Moving to pack and move our 2 bed flat, they were efficient and professional, I was very happy with their service.

We would recommend Mario Moving, but there are a few pernickety things we think it's worth flagging to give an honest review of them.

They made our recent move completely stress free - the packing service was the best money we've ever spent and the speed in which they packed up our whole lives and moved it was impressive. They were hard-working, nice guys who take pride in their work.

On the things we weren't completely happy with:

1) On packing and removals day, a few of their team had stinking colds and were just coughing and sneezing all over our stuff. We get it, it's winter and everyone's getting ill - but one of them even remarked to us that he felt rubbish and probably shouldn't have been working. We let it go but if you're vulnerable that is not good.

2) We paid them extra to put down carpet protector in our new house given they were taking stuff up and down in their shoes and we had just had the carpets deep cleaned. However when we tried to remove the protector (which is like a sticky cling film/cellotape kind of thing), it was so strong that it started to pull the carpet off the floorboards. When I mentioned it to them - they said there's nothing they could do, the protector barely sticks to the carpet and that it's due to the carpet being old / not installed properly. This simply isn't true - it was almost glued on. Didn't think this was a great response.

3) One of our mirrors was cracked in transit. Given we had to unbox a million boxes / bubble wrapped things, we only noticed it 2 weeks after moving in. They have said as a gesture of goodwill they will cover the cost of it, but pointed to the T&Cs that said things have to be reported within 7 days otherwise they don't cover it. Just a watch out to try and unload a 4 bedroom detached house within a week.
