I was really impressed with the Level 3 survey carried out by Marshall Laurence Surveyors. We chose them for their strong local knowledge, and the service we received was both professional and timely.

The images (especially the drone shots) were extremely helpful and the overall recommendations have given us full confidence as we move into our new home.

Marshall Laurence Surveyors undertook a L3 survey for a house I am buying and produced a really comprehensive report, highlighting some key issues we hadn't spotted. Tom, the surveyor, was brilliant and took a lot of time to explain what the issues meant in practice and how they could be resolved/potential costs, which really helped put my mind at rest.

Survey was done quickly, communication was great. They also offer to go through the survey results with you after which was very useful. Definitely worth the money & would recommend
