Excellent roof survey in all regards
The guy who did our roof survey had worked for many years as a roofer then retrained as a surveyor. Not only did he do an excellent survey of the roof with a drone (of which he had ten years' experience) but the survey report was not only extremely detailed and specific, but also contained useful summaries, timescales and suggestions for how next to proceed. He was a nice guy as well! Unreservedly recommend.

Lease Extension Valuation completed quickly.
I found Harding's online and needed a Lease Extension Valuation done in London soon and they organised my need to do it speedily and Surveyor organised in one week and report done in one week.
Report was detailed and comparisons with similar properties in the area made it very relevant.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experienced with Harding Chartered Surveyors. I worked with David who was excellent at thoroughly investigating the property and writing a formal report. He even managed to revisit the property after the first attempt was difficult, he organised this all professionally. He turned around the report in a very quick time as well. I would recommend!

The snagging survey provided by Harding was very detailed and thorough. This helped us to identify some Safety and Building Regulation compliance issues ahead of completion, along with a general snagging list. Our surveyor, Alaa Ali, did a great job in explaining the issues and providing recommendations.

Having received the report, I followed up with Jessica on the phone and she gave me the additional info that I needed.
