Probate Valuation
Harding has been helpful, efficient and professional.
I needed a Probate Valuation for my Aunt’s house after her death and I contacted Harding. They immediately sent me details and costs and an appointment was arranged. I needed to rearrange and there was no problem. Charlie, the surveyor was extremely informative about the Probate situation and Sale which was valuable. In addition their thorough report came through within a few days. Finally, it is worth mentioning that their costs are very reasonable and below competitors. Hardings was able to provide me with a more limited service as I had a specific issue to look into, rather than a complete survey.
