Very helpful
I spoke with Sarah and she was extremely helpful.
I got on the phone rather stressed and not a clue what to do as I have been ripped off by a different company who should have paid Marsh finance a settlement figure but have not.
She was on the phone a while and went several times to get info for me from managers to help me as much as she could do.

Nearly 30 minutes on hold was definitely not expected, there absolutely must be an easier way to communicate with your customer service team. Once I got through to someone they were very professional and helpful, this part funnily only took 2 minutes!!

This company are pure rip off merchants…
This company are pure rip off merchants do not get a car from these people they sold me a crash damaged car and when I realised it a couple of weeks later they wouldn’t fix it! The guy on the phone today was cool but don’t get finance off this company.
