Cost saving and ease of use
After years with 2 other companies covering my professional & general liability needs I made the switch here and now everything is under one roof and saved me a couple hundred bucks! Customer service annswered all my questions and took my payment over the phone. Website is also user friendly!

Too expensive for nothing
Too expensive for nothing, even if something happens, you don't cover anything, there is no protection against harassment from clients, there is no any protection, and now you have removed the protection about damage to the masseur's property like a massage table. Any injury during work, any incident during work - you do not protect us(massage therapists) in any way.
The only reason you're being used is because some services force to buy it. I would not recommend using your services to anyone because you do not provide any real protection in real situations.
