Outstanding insurance
I have been using Massage magazine insurance since 2010. They’re consistently expanding benefits and coverages simply amaze me. The cost has only increased minimally. It really is a great insurance.

The option to pay monthly was clearly…
The option to pay monthly was clearly an option but when I pressed it to proceed, it then said that it was not available. I called the number and spoke to a representative I think her name was Tammy. She was rude, over talking me and really did not give me an insight on why it was not available!

The monthly payment option was recently removed due to ongoing technical issues with our PayPal integration, which caused inconsistencies during checkout. I've used this insurance for 10yrs now
I've used this insurance for 10yrs now. Renewal is easy. However last year I had a really tough time downloading my certificate of insurance. I just renewed yesterday and it went seamlessly. I've never had to file a claim so I'm unsure how easy or difficult that process is.

Purchasing insurance was flawless BUT!, However; I've been attempting to log into my account to obtain a copy of my insurance card and have had to reset my password each time. I've reset it once again today and have not been able to access.
