AVOID AVOID AVOID
Two weeks ago I went to buy a car via these guys. Who called me 3-5 times a day every day plus texts plus emails to get a deal done. I rejected the car on 12th sept 2026. Called them immediately I was told a manager was dealing with me and the rewind process. Today the 24th sept the rewind of the deal has not been done. The finance company are planning to take a payment in just a few days. They are taking a payment for warranty also in a few days and after numerous calls to them the sales team can’t help ?!?
I’m still waiting for after care/case manager to contact me.
It’s an absolute joke. I have been though a rewind process just a few months ago via another broker and that took just two days to sort. These guys are incompetent at best and jokers at worst.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid

I enquired online on the 9th September…
I enquired online only once on the 9th September 2026. I did not request a call as my preferred contact was email Since then I have had to 32 missed calls. 3 times a day, one day it was 4 times. Just tried to call me again now. This is harassment. If I was interested in car finance I would no longer use this company.

We made contact attempts following the finance applications you submitted to us, as our team was trying to speak with you about the outcome and next steps. During that period, more than one application was submitted, resulting in additional contact attempts, and you also booked several callback requests. This meant you received both our usual follow-up calls and the additional calls requested through those callbacks.
The calls were made over a period of time rather than all within a short window, and our intention was simply to help with the applications and callback requests we had received.
We appreciate that the overall volume of contact exceeded what you were comfortable with. Your application has now been closed, and your details have been removed from our call system, so you should not receive any further calls from us.

Easy and stress free process
Kevin made the process extremely easy and stress free. I had a specific car in mind and this was found and everything was agreed with 24 hours. Collection of the car took place at the earliest convenient and time frame of driving away was fantastic. I arrived at the garage at 10am and by 10.45 I was driving away and this was after going for a test drive. Would recommend 100%
