My circumstances changed so I didn't end up financing a car - HOWEVER, had i been able to do so i would've been very happy to continue working with MatchMe. Especially with the staff member assigned to me, Adam Watson.
Yes, I don't get out much as a disabled person but he was such a breath of fresh air: relaxed; kind; patient; & overall pleasant to talk to. You know when you can just 'hear' someone is a nice person? I'd much rather deal with a polite, semi-informal salesman who makes you feel at ease right away and listens to your preferences, & is honest with you than someone glued to their script, scared their supervisor will hear them making a new temporary acquaintances. Terrifying! I've only had such a good experience one other time; with BT as I'm listed as vulnerable in my area & they also talk to you like a lost family member. I digress, you'll be well taken care of using this company, especially if they hire other people Adam. Will absolutely consider using their services in the future if life settles down enough for me to get a car again. Take care Adam!

From inquiring to having keys in hand total days 48 hours not including Sunday. Finance company from submitting my application to paying out was less than 3 hours! Warren was very helpful nothing was ever to much. I like the fact you can look at many cars and get monthly costs before committing to anything.
