Purchased this bag 12/7/25 and it has been used 2 times to hand carry 2 suit jackets. I loved the look of this bag for business travel. The seams are coming apart in two locations as of now, after 2 carries. Looks like the material does not have enough in the seam allowance and frayed out. I hope they are a company that values its customers, if not, STAY AWAY from this brand.

My Granddaughter's backpack came so nicely packaged...The first thing I noticed was how clean the box was...It was undamaged which is rare these days. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. I highly recommend them!!

I'm looking at replacing my EIGHT-year-old Matein backpack bc some of the threads are unraveling and I don't want to end up with a hole or tear. (It's really amazing quality. It probably would keep going and going - and I have lugged it around EVERY day.) I asked nicely about whether there is a warranty, and they offered a nice discount toward an upgrade. They didn't have to do that. My rep, Cathy, replied quickly and was efficient and kind. Thank you, Matein!

Love these bags, I have used them for work for many years now and plan to continue to do so. They keep my food and drinks cold all day long and has tons of extra space for other needs. 10 out of 10 will buy again.

I bought the rolling backpack for my daughter 10 months ago and the quality is great. She loves how roomy it is and that it switches from rolling to being a regular backpack easily. Unfortunately one of the clips started coming unhooked when she was wearing it. I contacted customer support who responded to me very quickly and is providing me with another backpack. I will definitely be buying more Matein products!

The part of my life most worth living is on motorcycles, from long trips to work commutes. 6 months ago I bought the Matein NTE Travel Laptop Backpack because only Matein has the brilliant yellow that goes with my GSXR750. (And my jacket, gloves and helmet - it's a "look".)

6 months with the NTE made it certain I'd get a Matein in red to match my VFR800 Interceptor: the Mlassic Travel Laptop Backpack (because the NTE isn't made in red).

The NTE and Mlassic are much alike. The Mlassic has one fewer outside zippered pockets and a couple fewer inside pockets. Otherwise the Mlassic has all the features listed below.

The NTE 18.4" is big; I could live out of it for a month but it's still comfortable after multiple 6 hour days of riding. (2 smaller sizes are available.) It has 3 main storage spaces, each with inside pockets to keep a raft of odds and ends where they can be found quickly. The laptop space is great for keeping soft cover books and file folders flat. There are an additional 3 outside, zippered storage spaces, and because this is a backpack with everything, there's a built in USB cable inside for plugging in a power bank which goes to a USB port on the exterior, and I've never seen this in a backpack: a key ring that snaps in and out of a holder in one of the interior spaces.

Both the NTE and the Mlassic have a sturdier construction than my past backpacks. Empty they sit flat on the floor holding their shape and not collapsing like others with thinner materials.

I've ridden 375,000 miles, almost all with a backpack. I know backpacks, and these are the best I've had.

Very fast response and to the point of what they needed for evidence of broken zipper. Love that they are sending a new bag. I really like the backpack with the color, many zippers and especially the compartment for my lunch. Would purchase from this company again.

I used my Matein roller backpack for several years-- it really made my life easier, especially because I'm a teacher and always transporting books. When the wheels got a bit 'wonky' the company immediately and impressively honored the 'lifetime warranty' on this product. The customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING and I would recommend these products to all!!

I bought this bag for my 4-year-old’s first t-ball season, and it’s been a great choice. While it’s a bit big on him and I wish it had a chest strap to help keep it in place, he quickly learned how to manage it and now insists on carrying it himself!

The compartments are thoughtfully designed—plenty of space for his bat, cleats, helmet, a few balls, my spare glove, and even a secure spot for my phone and keys. The material holds up well against water droplets and damp grass, and it feels very durable overall.

For the price, quality, and outstanding customer service (they truly stand by their product!), I’d definitely buy it again.

excellent product: cheap, durable, spacious, well compartimented. I've bought one 3 years ago and used it almost on a daily basis to carry a lot of heavy stuffz, including my laptop and other electronics, bottles of water, etc. now it started rupturing, but it performed amazingly. i ll buy again from this company and highly recommend it. it even has a cool in-build USB stick to facilitate charging your phone from your power bank. amazing!
