This is my second time purchasing a Matthew Homes property and the standard continues to be high all-round.
The house is stunning, Matthew Homes build quality houses and they don't over-crowd their developments.
The builders on-site are very friendly and willing to help with anything.
The sales process was not straight-forward for me, but the whole team in the office, Steve in particular, went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful for their support in a time when it felt like everything was working against me.
A big thank you to the whole team!

We have been supported throughout our purchase by the sales team who have been very helpful with a very speedy completion and on moving in to our new home (Attleborough) by the site team. Some small design improvements could be made with placement of electrical sockets not ideal but otherwise we are very happy in our new home

I have recently moved into a Matthew Homes property in Attleborough. An excellent experience from start to finish. When I first looked at the properties Steve was excellent, patient, nothing was too much trouble. Moving in day the Site Manager Dave checked in with me, made sure I was happy and answered any questions I had. All the guys on site are courteous and friendly. I am so pleased with my new home, great build, great team and great location, thank you to the whole team.

As first time buyers the experience was made extremely easy, from start to finish. Dom and Christine were excellent and really helped us through the whole process. The quality of the houses is great and I cannot recommend them enough!

They need to inform their home buyers that they should dispose of their refuse via their own bins and NOT USE OTHER RESIDENTS RECYCLING FACILITIES AND BIN STORES!!! Turing Place, Whitton.
We couldn’t be more pleased with our new house at WHP, which has been built to a great standard and any issues that we have had have been quickly resolved thanks to the fantastic work of site manager Dave and his team, thanks very much to all involved.

Still waiting for the entrance to the estate to be finished . The development has been finished for nearly 4 years . It’s such a shame as it’s a lovely estate . What a pity Matthew homes can’t get this finished ! Cars have to swerve across the road at the top to miss the manhole covers / uneven surfaces.
We recently purchased a property through Matthew Homes, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional.

I understand the bins issue with the council and I appreciate that you have provided the skip as a temporary solution. However, the following issues are still outstanding for five months now:
- 5 months on, your company is still illegally occupying two of my parking spaces! You should be paying me rent for this!!!
- 5 months on, the broken meter box is still not replaced!
These 2 issues are completely in your control, but nothing has been done!

Really pleased with our house at Brantham Heights. Dan, the site manager, has been amazing, super attentive, very friendly and makes the effort to sort any issues promptly. We’ve had hardly any snags with the house, but anything we have needed doing has been done quickly.

We dealt with Dan from Matthew homes and he was absolutely brilliant, we had lots of communication with him, nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to answer our many many queries without hesitation. We where worried about going for a new build as we'd heard so many bad things, but this experience has been nothing but easy and enjoyable - as enjoyable as moving can be!

Moved in end of June into White House Park and had a professional snagger in the day after we moved. 160 snags on the report. Was given to the then site manager the following week. Some things have been done but still not finished. Problem is the site manger keeps changing. The most resent one came round and said he would get everything sorted but after chasing him up we were told he has now left. No idea who site manger is now. Contacted after sales who didn’t want to know. The house was built in 2022 so had been there for at least 18 months before we moved in which is why I think there was so many cosmetic issues with house but no idea why these weren’t sorted before we moved in. Scratched letterbox, damaged back door handle, scratched shower tray, ripped gaskets to name a few things. We also have not been able to use our back gate properly for 5 months! Understand that with new builds there will be issues hence why we had the professional snagger but some of these things could be so easily rectified.

Endless snagging issues, Aftersales ignore you, builders do not follow the consumer code!! Rude managers.
Once they have your money they don’t care.
Moved into Ashfield Park over two years ago. Still waiting for snagging issues to be rectified. Very poor after sales and the site manager is aware of our issues but nothing is done. Many residents are having the same issues where nothing is resolved

Excellent customer service through sale, moving and aftercare.
Dan the site manager and Dianne and Linda the sales team could.nitnhave done more to assist.
There is inevitably some snagging but the team are on it immediately and trades booked into to attend.
