I had a great experience buying from Mayfair! They had great communication and sent the watch quickly and well packaged. The watch was even better than the pictures!

The communication was excellent and prompt. I found exactly what I was looking for at a competitive price. The shipping was quick and painless. I also had the watch sized and it was a perfect fit.

I did experience some damage to the watch box from the plastic wrap meant to protest it. The plastic became permanently adhered (peeling off the faux leather if removed). I suggest a different approach to protecting delicate items. Not a huge issue.

That being said, the watch itself was in excellent condition. I was even sent a video of the watch being serviced, which was a really nice surprise. Overall a wonderful experience. My package even included some additional promotional items (hat, bracelet tool), a nice surprise touch.

Everything about the sale was exactly as advertised. The watch arrived on time in very secure wrapping. The sizing was perfect and in the package was a few very special thank you gifts that I will be putting to good use. Thank you Mayfair Watch.

Really helpful and professional from start to finish.
Loads if extras added into the delivery including several cleaning cloths, a travel case, a strap and tools and a hat.
The watch I ordered was originally a used but very good condition tudor date day with full set, however during ordering a new old stock version of the same watch came into stock and Dennis offered this to me first as a potential upgrade. Which I of course accepted.
Would definitely recommend Mayfair Watch.

Purchased two links for my Tudor Osyter Prince Date. These guys are classic Tudor specialists, they offered best price and links were in excellent condition, one could even say new! They also threw in a set of screwdriver and pin tool which was a nice touch. Took about 6 days to arrive but no problem, these links are hard to come by at a lower than retail price.
