I would give 6 stars if I could. I ordered and received a Tudor 76213 Blue stick dial. Pristine unworn condition packaged perfectly. The Watch is a hidden gem very classy and better looking than my Datejust.Lots of extras I wasn’t expecting from screwdrivers and adjusting tool plus 3 watch pouches and a beautiful leather watch roll. The watch was sized for me and fits perfectly. I have rarely received a watch in such great condition and I have bought lots. I will be buying again. Communication was brilliant. Thank you Dennis and Chris.

The watch itself is stunningly beautiful as it is in good and perfect condition as described. The size, the vessel, and the color really compliment the dial which is uniquely style-pattern to ceremonial cloth used in oriental traditions.
The marvel of it all was the customer service extended by the store, that even with all the inconveniences and delays thrown by the courier, they step in and relentlessly help and give support.

I bought a gorgeous 14000 Air King Blue Dial SS from Chris Fagan and from start to finish I have been completely impressed with the customer service. The watch is exactly as advertised and Chris went above and beyond and for free added an additional Mayfair leather watch pouch and an official Rolex carry pouch as well. Chris was very professional and prompt with any of my questions. The watch arrived promptly too shipped with DHL and customs and duties with them was very affordable.
