Maze Outdoor Avis 

There was some confusion with Panther logistics in touch talking about a separate Maze delivery but all got sorted and Maxe order delivered as scheduled.
The furniture looks lovely and as expected. Colour even better than assumed!

I needed to replace the rubber mounts on my glass table top. A quick email to Maze and I got things sorted within a couple of days. Thanks for the great service

Just wanted to say how great the after sales service has been with the Maze Rattan furniture, we purchased the Maze Winchester sofa set about 7 years ago, unfortunately the sofa cushion was damaged and we needed a replacement. The customer service were able to send us a replacement at a minimal cost. Our Winchester furniture still looks like new. Highly delighted

We have purchased a few products from maze in the last couple of years (both from maze and other 3rd party vendors) and love all of their stuff! Our recent experience of their customer service has been amazing. Our maze pergola wasn’t sent with the base covers for the pillars and after reaching out to maze, they sent them next day with no hesitation. Thank you to Penny for the great customer service !!

We lost the foot from one of the outdoor sofa sets during the course of a house move.

We contacted Maze to see if we could purchase a replacement. They responded quickly and sent out two spares and didn't even charge us.

We have bought a few pieces of Maze furniture over the years and the quality is superb. I recently had to contact them regarding after care where we needed a few replacement feet for our chairs. Elizabeth was amazing and was kind enough to send us what we needed without charge. Very grateful and the sign of a company that looks after its customers. Cant recommend strongly enough. Furniture looks great.

Ordered the Oslo sofas , which are modular , but on the comments page they say can be free standing too.

They look great free standing but one extra arm and cushion is required.

They will not supply ths . Even for an additional cost which is a real shame.

They will not approach the manufacturer or share the details.

I am also waiting for a faulty cushion to be replaced. Four months wait so far…

Dissapointing after sales care.

The communication from the company was poor, the estimated delivery date was given when I placed the order and I had to call day before to be told it was scheduled next day and I’d get a txt…. That never materialised so I called next day and was told it hadn’t been scheduled for delivery (I’d taken a day off work!) that Thursday I got a text with delivery date on following Monday between 15:30 and 18:30, I got a knock on the door at 13:20 without warning so lucky I was in!, the man and young boy delivering rolled the huge box containing my furniture end over end down the side of my house despite the box having this way up and fragile written all over it! Really poor delivery and order experience for such expensive furniture that I will be paying for for years to come, let’s hope it’s not damaged when I unpack it.

No call to say that drivers were on the way.

Wouldn’t carry the larger box up the steps and left it for a single Mum to sort out. Had to arrange two family members to leave work and carry it up the steps.

Delivery of our Pergola arrived as expected, we were able to track it so knew when it would be arriving. The delivery and assembly team were friendly and efficient, gave advice where needed and left taking all the packaging with them. We absolutely love this item, we took a lot if time picking it and are so happy with it. Can't wait to start using it and thankyou to the whole team at Maze including the office staff who helped rearrange delivery.

The delivery and build team were great and we’re very happy with our outdoor sofa set.

I emailed a query regarding replacement centre plastic for a round glass table top and received a reply in 48 hours with a promise to ship replacements. That is superb after sales customer support. What a caring company.

Shocking service. Maze are quick enough to take payment in full (significant payment) but then lack the basic ability to fulfill an order and arrange the build
This is a basic fundamental of sales of this kit. 3 failed attempts / non-attendance and then they send a 1-man "team" to build two pergolas and furniture who arrives at 8.45pm!!! This organisation is wild!!!! Best advice - shop elsewhere!!!!!! Being lied to is not cool

Great communication on delivery times.
Marcin and Monkia arrived and built the Pergola. Did a great job and were extremely tidy throughout. Would highly recommend Maze and the delivery and build teams. First class service

Ordered a Maze Como pergola complete with blinds in wood effect.
It looks lovely and will be wonderful to sit under once the weather improves.
