The customer service is terrible.
The contact form on the website is not user friendly. Waiting for a reply from the customer support took more than one week. The bank refused to open a business bank account for a EU company without even providing the requested information and giving a possibility to submit an application form and then did not explain the reason for it.
Such actions are not in accordance with the EU freedoms and violate the Payment accounts directive.

The worst banking service ever! Closed my active account without prior notice. I can't get my money refunded to their card for a year now, because they can't issue proof of cancellation of my account. When I'm trying to get it they want to charge 200 CZK for the document as I'm no longer "a client of their bank". For christ sake, they even didn't notified not saying about writtne proofs. Scammers and completely useless service.

A few weeks ago on a Friday I checked my online account and all my bills were in and subtracted with $50 to the good. Then...
A payment that was in paid and subtracted from my balance was sent back causing an overdraft

True somewhere, somehow there was an error. But I had enough to cover this payment on that Friday with a balance of $50. I contacted them and explained that the problem will be taken care of but my Social Security isn't deposited until the 3rd of the month. Over $200 in fees for an overdraft is getting really excessive, I've been told by other banks that they charge a one time $30 overdraft fee and that's it. They also told me they're willing to work to minimize the problem so it doesn't turn into a -$300 disaster. I'm taking my money somewhere else.

Wszystko dobrze dopóki dajesz im pieniądze i nic nie chcesz. Jak trzeba rozwiązać problem czy reklamację - koniec pozytywów: utrudnianie kontaktu mailowego, wypisywanie bzdur w reklamacji zgłoszonej telefonicznie czy nawet osobiście, brak możliwości wglądu do reklamacji. Jeszcze te ciągłe włamania hakerskie albo 'błędy' w systemie - jakoś o tylu problemach w innych bankach się nie słyszy.

Have an account there for at least 5 years (PLN, EUR, USD). All the transfers were performed well and on time. The fees are charged according to the rules.

Bardzo dobry Bank. Jak dla mnie wszystkie usługi są na dobrym, lub bardzo dobrym poziomie. Szczególnie dobrze działa infolinia, gdzie zawsze można się dodzwonić i uzyskać kompetentną i szybką pomoc. Polecam.

Horrible bank! Even worse customer service! Website not in english, customer service slow and incompetent. I received a letter (had to go to the post office to pick it up) saying that they were going to cancel my account, when I asked the reason, they said it is because my passport information had expired and I didn't updated the information with the new passport. I received no email or someone calling me to let me know and ask me to update it. As this is, according to CS "irreversible" their "solution" was to close that account and at the same time go in person to open a new one.... which I obviously didn't do.

Ostatnio się trochę poprawiło, ale poziom zabezpieczeń jest trochę przesadny. Uciążliwy i irytujący.

If I could i’d give them zero stars.costumer service is so bad I decided to cancel my account. People working there should be fired. Incompetent people with superior complex. Unacceptable

Customer service is awful. I cant describe how useless they are! And when I call, no one answer. Just awful customer service.
