Purchased 2 hash browns both were soggy and not hot. First time this has happened to me so disappointed
No thanks .. never again!
I realise the staff are very young and with fast food you can't expect a high standard of customer service, but really .. the items you get don't even vaguely resemble the ads on TV or the photos on their display boards and websites. The burgers are shrinking and are soggy with little filling. My sundae arrived with slushy icecrean half filling the cup, with sauce running down the outside of the cup. The kitchen staff were giggling and I watched with horror as a young woman in the kitchen scratched her head and face and then picked up chips with her bare hands and put them on the heap just lifted from the cooking oil.
The girl behind the counter had limited knowledge of their menu and products. I felt sorry for her as she was doing her best, just did not their products.
I will say the tables and floor were clean and the bins had been emptied, but that did not improve on the "used to be crispy" chicken burger. No thanks .. never again.

MacDonald's at Logan Central need's to up their game.
I won't go there again The Manager needs to be replaced . The food is below average. McFlurry Orio are only half full which is disgusting. Burger's are not nice. Unless MacDonald's up their game with their worker's they will lose customers. Get a new Manager that actually does the job.
Got the wrong order again maccas Cannington WA
Did not receive my chicken big mac burger ordered for delivery and had ti watch everyone else eat their meals.
I lodge a complaint and only received $10 instead of the $16.05 i paid for the burger. Appalling service!
Mcdonalds Malaga - Appaulling
Cooked the coffee so hot it burnt me tongue, this is after charging me for a large when I ordered a medium (served by the manager), the store was full of flies, the tables not wiped down, the staff either tending to only drive through or online orders, patrons waiting long periods only to be ignored by staff continuously whilst either tend to other orders or chat amongst themselves. when it gets quite they do not bother to scout the store and clean up, one staff member even took their break then returned to the front counter without even so much as a lookover the stores appearance - This is extremely poor performance for a Fast Food Conglomerate. I think Ray Crok would roll over in his grave if he saw how this restaurant's only focus is now soley "financial" instead of patronage to its clients.

Got wrong order (again) Highfields Qld. They asked for it back to give wrong order again. Chick at window blew up that it was my fault for wrong order. Drink got spilt and meal thrown at me. I notice staff turn over has been an issue, why no service. Robots will replace.

The 'flagship' store in Collingwood is simply filthy. I have photographs which I wish I could upload. To demonstrate. The filth in the dining area was not addressed for the 45 minutes of my stay and I suspect had been in this condition for a considerable time and will remain so.

I sat down forgot to get serviettes and he come and asked If I would like some and went to get them for me.. He kept the Restaurant clean and also helped deliver food to people..Such a pleasure seeing such an enthusiastic team member..Keep up the good work

I had to wait almost 45 minutes just for 5 items and the staff won't give any customer services.
Service/quality/value/cleanliness all going downhill
* Kiosk did not print order / receipt
* Consistently NO staff in sight of counter to assist customers
* Customers in store clearly lower priority than McDelivery orders and drive through
* Stale lukewarm fries
* Lukewarm "HOT" apple pie - when asked to change for a fresh one, second one given was just as cold (I think he went around the corner, came back and gave the same one back to me)
* Bins full to overflowing
* Tables not cleaned

I went to McDonald's (Geelong West) last night and I overheard one of the female employee's say that all the female employee's work at Cs Stiptease and realised that's why I keep getting infected from their food and why they have lost most of their customers, it's dirty and illegal and that's Geelong Police making them take their clothes off for an extra dollar so now I know why they are all guilty of Negligence and need to be punished for that because I am so sick of them ignoring their civil duties and a large part of their work duties, because once again, I wasn't given a receipt or asked if my order was to dine in or take away. There will be complaints elsewhere because they're going to have to put their 1.5 meter social distancing signs back up and it would be good to replace the human employee's with robots because the Geelong Police have destroyed the lives of 50 females that I'm aware of. Out of all the female employee's that they have doing sex work, none of them will ever be a good partner for any male because they're not allowed to give out sex for free, they are made to infect their customers, it's not possible to sleep with them, if they do sleep with a male, their homes are turned into unlicensed brothels and the males are treated equal to their female partner and bullied for it so for the safety of everybody around me I have to recommend that people don't go their until McDonald's can protect their employee's from the Geelong Police destroying their lives. They will misguide the poor girls into believing it's just short term but the sex workers don't get out of that unscaved, once they're finished with them they make sure they can't have sex ever again.

This is the third time have been in the store at South Road Edwardstown, it hasn't been a positive experience every time put my order in for a coffee or caffe latte, it just sits on the shelf until one of the staff realises it is sitting there, sometimes up till 15 minutes, not good enough staff!

No apology. In fact the male staff member with the v blonde hair showed arrogance and was rude when finishing the order.
Feedback for him-Customer Service is not the industry for you.
This restaurant has no leader or organisation.

Not even the right order
I was at my friends house and we ordered 3 big mac meals to separate between 2 people, the delivery took half an hour when McDonalds is 5 minutes away from the house I was at, when the bags of food got there they were soggy and cold.
What I think is pathetic is when I went to get my food out my bag I was missing everything except 2 burgers that weren't even the burgers I ordered, when I called your company to ask for either a refund or my actual meal and the person on the phone laughed and said to me "Sorry but we're busy at the moment".
Me and my friend I was getting food for went into MacDonald's to get our refund or a whole new meal the person at the counter gave us attitude, kept laughing at us then we finally got the meal we ordered.
