I purchased a Missouri continuing…
I purchased a Missouri continuing education package priced at over $600, with the reasonable expectation that it would include all mandatory CE requirements. It did not. One of the required courses was missing, requiring an additional purchase to remain compliant.
Packaging incomplete mandatory requirements as a “bundle” is, at best, misleading—and at worst, a predatory business practice. Continuing education providers should be held to higher standards, particularly when serving licensed professionals who rely on accurate representations to maintain compliance.
McKissock would benefit from reviewing its marketing practices and internal controls. An ethics course might be a good place to start—fortunately, you offer plenty.

McKissock issued me a useless CE certificate
McKissock issued me a useless appraisal CE certificate. They put the wrong license number and the wrong state's approval number. I have tried twice to contact customer service. Ghosted!

This isn't the same McKissock…
This isn't the same McKissock experience I had for my last license renewal. AI voices are jerky, uncoordinated, lack proper emphasis, and frequently mispronounce words. When reading a market grid, the AI voice called a room count of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as "three halves."
Bring back the human instructors!!!

The summary is a great addition
The summary is a great addition to the website. It let's you know where you are pertaining to courses needed to meet state requirements. The only flaw I see is that it does not recognize courses in the prior year when you have two years to completion.
