Mckissock Learning - Appraisal Avis 

Stupid course and exam questions are not accurate, they don't match, and it's the worst online course ever taken.

I purchased the Certified Residential Licensing Subscription (105 hrs.) and had a hard time just accessing the courses. Nothing showed on my dashboard, and support had no idea how to help. I finally figured out on my own that you have to manually add each course to the cart and check out for $0.00; which isn’t explained anywhere. The lack of clear directions and unhelpful support made the process much harder and more time-consuming than it should’ve been.

The representatives were quick to resolve my issue with follow up emails and calls.

Love the different classes to choose from in different forms.

I very much like the opportunity to split a 7 hour course into two sessions/days. At my age, an entire course on one day is tough.

online classes provide an opportunity for people to complete classes outside of typical working hours. An interactive slide is requiring action where i am proving unsuccessful. There is no available assistance, though i inquired yesterday. please help.

Presentation of the appraiser qualifying path was clear, concise, and inviting. I especially appreciate your associate Ricki in Pennsylvania who responded to my questions about the educational path to a real estate appraisal career.

Although the information is dry in nature, Chuck was great in engaging the class and answering questions.

the only problem i have with this class was the new form in not out yet1. will it change when comes out? what changes will it have on it?
the instructor was very good.

This course was great as a 2 day course. It allowed me to work in the morning and still be able to take the class in the afternoon.

I learned about WAY MORE higher end properties than we have around here!!!!

I'm trying to purchase WV Appraisal Continuing Ed package for $265 and change the courses. My wife was able to swap out for difference courses.

If a class is going to be watch a video that goes so slow you should state that is the class. So far 2.5 hours of listening to a computer voice talk to me and not even 1/2 way through the class. The appraiser's guide to the new URAR is a terrible class. I wish I would have never clicked this course. This class does not hold the same caliber or style as your other classes that I have taken. Terrible music as well. I would have taken an actual in person class if I wanted to just sit and listen. The slides are not able to be clicked to make them a full screen size. Awful course. Not Happy. Just in case you did not get my opinion as of yet, I warned you.

Interest topic, good instructor

I appreciate the courses being informative and well planned. The choice of streaming classes and the online classes are convenient and stress free for completing required CE.

I thought the courses were laid out well. Taught well. Access to speak with instructor was all right, as most instructors are working they got back to you in a timely manner.

Informative course, excellent presentation. USPAP 7 hour update. One need for improvement regards the downloading of course material. The main 2 book PDF is 440 pages. I like to print out hard copies (old school) which was $200. One of the McKissock customer service staff indicated that the main PDF was just for inclass reference, so I initially did not get the hard copy printed. But from another class, I was exposed the the search/find button and feared that that function is virtually the only way to do the exercises/case studies. So I printed out the the hard copy at UPS (my printer on the fritz). Only to learn in class that I most likely had an old copy of Adobe that did not have a working search/find button.

Probably a good idea to let future students test to see if their version of PDF can do the search/find application.
