Me and My Glass Avis 

I am gutted I didn’t search for reviews for this company before referring my sister to replace my garden glass table she accidentally broke through this company. Promised delivery by 1st week of September and still waiting to hear back. I wanted to support a family owned UK business and this is what they do! Would never recommend anyone use them: unreliable, terrible communication, non existent customer service and frankly do not believe a word they say. Responsive when securing an order; can’t pin them on when they will actually deliver but they have been paid in full. Ruined summer plans for hosting in the garden. Disgusted.

Delivery Good. Arrived safely & in good time. In great condition. Correct type & size of glass top which fitted perfectly on to our patio garden table.

I had ordered a 2.5 metre huge back lit framed mirror - and received exactly as I had ordered - took 7 weeks to get to me - and a little frustrated about communication in between - if only they would answer the e mails more promptly!!!!

Totally unprofessional . I have been waiting nearly 3 months for refund for an order that could not be fulfilled due to a size issue .

The company emailed to say I would get refunded and this never happened despite multiple emails that were totally ghosted by them .
2.5 months waiting a refund is totally not acceptable .

Still waiting on an order of a splash back and chopping board, paid for at the start of June. Contacted by the online form got a response to say was still in production. Waited another month still no order received! Company now won't answer calls or emails or request forms. I will be taking it further with trading standards and hoping my bank can refund me for goods nor recieved. Beware of this company. Feel as though I have been scammed

Extremely disappointing experience — I would NOT recommend this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this glass company and, based on what has happened, I would not recommend anyone ordering from them.

I was initially very hesitant to place the order because of concerns I had, but I was reassured that the shower screen would be delivered in time as promised. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

The shower screen was not delivered within the agreed timeframe, which meant I was unable to bring it home with me as planned and caused a great deal of inconvenience.

I also paid for the required hardware, which has still not been delivered. So I have paid for an order that I still do not have in full.

What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication. John, the owner, has now gone quiet and is no longer responding to me.After taking payment and making promises about delivery, I find this completely unacceptable.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I would have thought twice about using this company.

I am sharing my experience because I would hate for someone else to find themselves in the same situation. My advice is do not ordering from this company.

I rarely leave reviews but this is needed to protect others. I highly recommend you avoid this company - it should not be operating in the UK. Poor service from start to finish and we are still stuck with a product that does not reflect what was sold to us online. The company refuse to find a solution and are now ignoring emails. We have had to escalate this with the consumer protection consultant and our bank who are looking into the case.

Black splash back perfectly cut to my measurements, arrived within the timeframe and so well packaged I struggled to open it, looks fantastic in place

Glass was exactly as requested for a replacement piece for our out door dining set when one of the panels exploded in the heat. Have never ordered replacement glass before - but was exact replacement so fitted perfectly and looks exactly the same. Took exactly a month to be delivered but Me and my glass were super helpful when I requested an update on delivery.

they took my order which i paid for and now do not return my calls - i paid for a quick turn around - they have taken my money and ripped me off - they are thieves - i have offered them numerous opportunities

Great product, although the product arrived with a slight defect, I was able to place this side of the glass on the bottom, which thankfully couldn’t be seen.

The glass was well made, sturdy, and enhanced the furniture perfectly.

Only got one star as can't give less.
Ordered 2 small pieces of glass at the beginning of June. They immediately took my money. I have chased the delivery so many times. each time they either don't get back to me or take 3 days to say 'will be ready next week' 'will be sent out next week' and eventually 'it was sent on 2 July'.
They are now saying that DHL (who deliver to us fairly regularly) can't find the address.
This is a complete scam.

I wanted a bespoke size shower glass screen and liked the glass sample ME and My Glass sent me. I contacted the company and said I wanted a shower screen with brushed brass edging, did they do this they said yes so I ordered 2040 x 1200 size, the height just being slightly higher than the normal size. John said they had 3 finishes so sent me samples of the brushed brass edging, I picked one and then ordered. What arrived was a piece of glass with no brushed brass edging, I phoned and spoke to John who said OH DIDN'T I TELL YOU THE BRUSHED BRASS EDGING
IS SENT SEPARATELY, in fact it was sent by a different company. The bathroom fitter said he had never seen anything like it in 20 years, this edging has to be factory fitted, it cannot be put on and look any good. Also the glass panel is bowed.
I would never have ordered if I had known a complete shower screen would not be delivered. Me and My Glass Ltd are now refusing to give a refund, so very unethical business practice.
