Paul is truly an expert at what he does. He seems to be able to really bring out and get you thinking about the best achievements of your employment past and present and then transfer that on to your CV to transform it. Paul is really easy to talk to and wants your cv to stand out and I would highly recommend him as there is no contest between my current cv and my old one, it reads like two completely different people. The CV reads very well and easy to read and follow, stand out cv done by Paul, an outstanding person who knows his stuff.

Paul is extremely efficient , smart & focused with how he composes and listens to you for composition of your cv.

I honestly could not recommend Paul enough as an interview coach. I decided to contact Paul and book a three hour session with him after a previous bad interview. Initially looking at prices I was reluctant to book as I thought they were expensive but I can honestly say they are worth every penny. Paul was able to give me advice and feeback on where I went wrong in the first interview and also put alot of effort looking into the job specification for the role I am now applying for. In the three hour session we went through competency based questions and did a mock interview. These are techniques and skills that I will be applying to any job interview in the future and will book Paul again if I need any more help with interviews.
