I had the pleasure of winning an hour of Paul’s time, during this call Paul polished my CV with a fine tooth comb fixing it up for employers for my internship. My CV is now snappy and powerful thanks to Paul and caught the eye of employers at ESB, to which I have successfully landed my internship. I recently had a two-hour session with Paul. While I'm still waiting for the interview, I feel compelled to commend him greatly regardless of the result. I previously had an interview with the local authority and was unsuccessful. Despite preparing for that interview on my own, I wasn’t aware that I could further improve my preparation for the new interview style and competency-based questions. In just these two hours with Paul, I can now pinpoint where I went wrong. It's challenging to prepare for all questions, and even more so to recall answers during the interview itself.
