Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of MEC on three occasions over the last eighteen months. However, the professionalism of the team, in particular Mandy Steadman, made the whole process so very clear and easy.

I would like to thank all MEC team and in particular Mandy Steadman and Julie Newman for a great work done for me, for the quick responses and keeping me updated and informed with status of my queries. For the last couple of years I had to use the service quite often and I am always happy with the results. Considering current COVID-19 situation my medical appointments were quite often postponed that required some rearrangements. However MEC team were always helpful and reacting on these changes very quickly. I have not had any issues while using MEC service.

For an American that just moved to the UK navigating the NHS, private doctors and consultants, and understanding excess payment has been very challenging to say the least. Not only the team at MEC Medical (Mandy, Fiona, Julie) has been professional and quick to address any issues/ questions but also they have been very patient with me explaining (and re-explaining) the process. Dealing with MEC and in particular Mandy and Julie has been excellent, one area of service involving my young son has meant a lot of back and forth between the insurer and the healthcare provider for various bits of information etc and patience involved with all concerned has been excellent.
