First rate service
First rate service. The claims admin was pleasant, helpful and efficient, and my initial referral was dealt with quickly, and to my satisfaction.
I only have a week to wait to be seen, so you cant grumble at that.
From my experience, i would certainly recommend MEC so far.

I have found Julie and Mandy to be exceptional in their customer service. Both ladies email you to let you know that they are dealing with your request and usually they have an answer for you that day. Having MEC as an intermediator means that I can carry on with my work whilst they take care of any medical insurance issues. Highly recommended!
