So that is the last time I will be playing on Mecca Bingo online.
I have been a member of Mecca Bingo for around 20 years. Attend both in clubs and play on line.
On Saturday 7th February 2026 I was award 50p bonus which I used on the Fruit Shop game. I managed to get a free spin feature and accumulated approx. £9 something.
Then the screen basically said i had no balance and the winnings were not showing.
I contacted support. And was told that a query had been raised with the tech team.

I have no heard any for a few day to contact again today Tuesday 10th Feb, to be told that the technical team need 10 to 15 working days to resolve it.

Now why??? Does it take that long. Apparently they may need to contact the game provider.
However, really deposits and spins are all instant. As soon a you want something from them its long delays.

I the been disappointed in Mecca for a while now. Even more so now.
And my play will be stopping.

The change in the amount of tickets in each room is shocking, whoever is stupid enough to buy max tickets needs tor realise its not worth it for the full house prize in most rooms now! Pure greedy from mecca, but still the same names always winning in the same rooms, this site needs shut down

I’ve had a very poor experience playing slots on this platform. Over hundreds of spins, the end reels rarely land, bonus features hardly ever trigger, and the games feel extremely one-sided.

I’m not a gambler, just an occasional flurry! Searched ratings on online bingo operators and Macca came top. The new customer offer was deposit £5 and get 50 spins free. Following registration, I duly deposited £5 expecting the promotion to be applied, but it didn’t happen. So, silly me deposited a further £5 thinking I’d messed up somehow. Since I’ve found out they have restriction tactics they put on players account and block you from winning on games I’ve stopped playing now. Games are pointless to play it’s loss after loss. You can watch your balance go from £100 to £0 in just a few minutes. Then be told it’s all random and fair. Absurdity! I knew something didn’t seem right. No win in 36 months is not normal in my opinion. Reported and found out some interesting information about gaming restriction methods they use. No idea how it’s legal but it’s something gaming sites don’t advertise. Gambling commissioners office says it’s an unfortunate thing that gaming sites can do these days. Edit!!!! it is now 2 weeks later and still I have had absolutley no response from mecca bingo, despite me sending over all the evidence, screenshots etc. I am 72 years old, I can't be bothered going back and forward every day, to keep being met with the same response " just wait another day or 2 and someone will be in touch" at this rate I'll be dead before anyone gets back to me 🙄. Please sort it out mecca bingo.

I contacted mecca regarding an issue I experienced while playing one of their games on Monday, namely big bass splash.
During gameplay, I triggered a bonus feature after the free spins. However, immediately afterwards a message appeared saying “game error” and I was logged out of my account. When I logged back in, the winnings from the bonus round had not been credited to my balance.

I have immediatley contacted customer support by phone, and I was advised to send screenshots of what happened. Which I did do, I have heard absolutley nothing back from them, they do not appear to be the quickest when it comes to the customer experiencing problems. I am a long term customer of mecca bingo and as it stand at this moment to give a better understand my total loss with this site is £6,073.31 yet they can't even try and help me recoup missing winnings of a measley £120.40p.. I am extremely disappointed in the time it is taking them to look at this issue as the proof is all there.

Probably the worst bingo game I've EVER spent money on.. it's blatantly not fair however you try and sugar coat it

Please read the one star reviews of this place before parting with your money , deposit regularly for over 7 months , for bingo games . No returns AT ALL !
