I’ve spent 2k on Mecca slots since the beginning of December, till now, the beginning of January (one month). Have a wild guess how much I’ve withdrawn? That would be a big fat zero. It’s just not doing anything. No win lines, no features, no nothing. You may as well just give them your money because at least you won’t expect anything back. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this but i know reporting them will be useless as the government take a cut of the profits. I’ve played many sites over the years and this has to be one of the worst. I’m calling it quits because it’s definitely not right. I should have listened to the reviews, i would have saved myself a small fortune over the last year of playing on Mecca. My mistake

I joined Mecca just before Xmas, depositing the amount they require to get their welcome bonus. I started using this on the slots you must play in order for you to use the welcome bonus. After a while I had accrued £125 in winnings, and thought I could take out some of the money from my balance. On doing so they kindly voided my account taking all the money I had won. I contacted them vis their chat, and was informed that there was a wagering requirement of £300 before any winnings could be transferred to my account balance. As I hadn't reached that limit (had no idea about this), then my account was voided. Absolute total rip off. I'm going to write to tha gambling commission to see what they have to say, and anyone who has been conned like me, I suggest you do the same. Not only are Mecca not promoting safer gambling, but they're actually enticing customers to bet more in order to reach the £300 wager requirement, in order to redeem any winnings the have in their bonus balance.

Dond games need looking into everyday for months same names winning how if random ,gambling commission need to look into this it's not fair on players loads av reported and bugger all is done ,disgusting

I've played mecca bingo online for over a year and I've never won a bingo game .. I've won some very small amounts on slots eg £1 or £2 only. I do notice a lot of the same players winning .. not sure if these are bots but I don't think I will waste anymore money on this particular site.

I received a parking enforcement through the post completely unaware there had been changes to parking at the Clough Road site. I have been going for well over 20 years and never had any issues with parking. It would appear that they have now got a registration system in place. Very disappointed that they had not written to members about these changes. Needless to say I will not be going there again, very poor service and appears another way to get money from people.

It was my first time joining a online bingo site i opted in for welcome offer and then wagered the correct amount on bingo when I didn't receive welcome offer I asked for support on online chat I told the man I was chatting to that i was brand new to online bingo and he was very uninterested and dismissive he said i had played the wrong bingo and therefore I didn't qualify for welcome bonus i was very upset and tried to explain i was new to this he didn't show any kindness at all I later wrote a complaint to mecca bingo stating my situation and told them I was upset by the way I'd been treated they said they would respond to my email within 10 working days I've emailed them again and heard nothing back

Food here absolutely terrible...on complaining and returning food the young staff with no customer service skills were quiet challenging.
A experienced member of staff resolved my complaint within seconds.
Staff need training on how to deal with complaints....big issue

I have played Mecca online bingo for around 17 years. I had always enjoyed it and was very loyal. Recently they have changed their site and it is shocking. I just don’t understand why? It was perfect the way it was. Now it’s just tacky looking. Nothing about it is positive now. Please return to the old version

Scam company, fake promos they split up there terms then try to get you to deposit twice.. and customer service is non existent might aswel be a bot

Just played favourites game for 2 hours, £200 pound spent... Maximum tickets purchased, every game. Managed to win £1.83 on share of 1 to go, and £8.42 on one game.
Meanwhile, same player names cropped up 3,4, even 5 times with house prizes...
Not impressed, doubt the whole set up im afraid.

Been a Mecca club member for over 40 years and recent years online.
Been playing and depositing ok no verification . I filled in a customer questionnaire asking me what my limits are and they have since blocked my account until I send proof of income and where my deposits are coming from. To do with laws I assume. But I’m not sending them they can close my account. They didn’t want any proof ever before! I’m wondering if they ask in club players for proof of income! The gambling guidelines definitely favour the operators. They should ask for verification and deposit means before taking your money. My biggest beef is the rtp % which gives an unclear representation of your winning potential, but that’s ok to openly mislead players, the gaming board don’t mind that! Bye bye Mecca 👋
