My experience with MedExpress
First of all I would like to say that my initial experience was fantastic. I was taken care of very well, I received my first dose quickly, everything was professional and straightforward. But, and I take full responsibility for this, I should have done more research. I was lured in by the $124.99 offer, not realizing at first that future doses would increase in price as my doses went up in size, as well as the fee that was waived with my first prescription. Thank you Medexpress for your help in navigating my journey, but I will most definitely be searching for a more cost effective solution.

Complete mess
Complete mess. Medication wasn’t cold spoke to someone trying to find out who was the delivery company was to arrange a pickup. Was told it was being refrigerated but was anxious about whether it was. Was given the option to send replacement but the original shipment arrived on my doorstep no one waited for a signature and it is warm . Has not been a good experience at all and not sure what to do now🤦♀️☹️
