I was mostly satisfied with the service by Mediafix. Unfortunately a few slides were scanned the wrong way round - this could of course have been my fault in how I had packed them .

We do scan in the order and orientation that the slides are stored but we can check for mirroring or orientation issues with the Image Rotation service. As this is a small extra fee, a lot of people chose to check and correct at home but this is always an option 😊

Excellent customer service
I found the staff very helpful and efficient, I had reels of old 35mm film I wanted digitalised (film was 46 years old) the process was explained in full over the phone and followed up by email and fully costed.
I now have some very precious memories on a USB to watch with my family.

Efficient service at a reasonable price
The process of digitising a number of 35mm slides was quietly efficient and fairly priced.
I felt the communications could have been a little better. the order took some time to process - as had been indicated - and there were gaps in communication that lead to a little uncertainty, especially on what was an initial order with the company. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

Amazing and really cheap- we found an old tape my dad made age 17 in a shed and for his 70th I wanted to surprise him playing his old band songs. The company were able to get me the music and send it in time I couldn't believe how cheap they were - it wasn’t really quick so give a few weeks tho.
