I found MEDIAFIX Customer Services plus all the other contacts within the organisation to be exemplary in their dealings with me. From the costing aspect, I considered them to be fair and reasonable in their dealings with me - no grumbles on the financial front, quite economical and competitive in comparison to other options.

My Video cassette was lost for months
My Video cassette was delivered on the 8th December 2025 and was lost until 13th April 2026,
I was offered a 20 percent discount which I felt was an insult

The service is very good
The service is very good. But takes 6 weeks. I am assuming the tape transfer takes place abroad hence the long delay OR, they collect up the tapes and wait until they have sufficiant to "batch up". But they all get returned in the end you just have to patient

Thank you for your fabulous review! We digitise all of our media at our headquarters in Cologne, Germany. This is so that we can oversee every single order and assure the highest quality for every order. The processing time is a maximum of six weeks but most of the time it is quicker than that.
We do handle a lot of orders but if ever you are looking for a faster turnaround time, you are welcome to book our Priority Service!
