Returns policy is pathetic
First of all let me say i have no idea about the quality or otherwise of their products. My complaint is with their returns policy. I purchased what is described as support wear for someone with a stoma, basically a light weight support vest.
They classify this as an "intimate" piece of clothing and refuse any returns once the package has been opened. In other words if you try it on and it doesnt fit, tough luck!
Quite frankly i think it's appalling to treat someone with a stoma in this way. To suggest it's unhygienic for someone with a stoma to try on a vest is either ignorant or a deliberate attempt to prevent any of their products from being returned.
One last thing, if you do decide to purchase an item from this retailer make sure you go big when choosing the size. The item i bought wasnt just too small, it was way too small.

Product arrived and was not as i anticipated it would be. Contacted Medical Supplies to arrange a return. There is no returns paperwork with the item so you have to contact them, you cannot return the item without a return authorisation ( very long number) that has to be on the envelope and a hand written note inside the envelope explaining why you have returned! Postage paid for by customer and this suggested you send tracked and signed for. Company accepts no responsibility for item until it arrives back to them and it can take up to 30 days to get your money back!
Following this experience I would not use this company again. Very demanding and difficult to return anything. They seem to over look the consumers statutory purchasing rights and cool off period!

As soon as you contacted us to advise that you wished to return the item, we issued a returns authorisation and provided the information required to send your order back to us.
Our returns procedure, including information regarding return postage, returns authorisation and the conditions applicable to returns, is clearly set out on our website and is available to customers before and after purchase.
The returns authorisation number and accompanying information are requested so that returned parcels can be correctly identified and matched to the relevant order when they reach our warehouse. This process does not remove or restrict a customer's statutory rights.
As detailed within our Terms and Conditions, where an item is being returned because it is unsuitable rather than faulty, customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. We recommend using a tracked service so that customers have evidence of delivery.
We are sorry that you have found our procedure more involved than expected. Your return has been authorised and we look forward to receiving it so that it can be processed promptly.

But terrible problems with delivery. As it was a high value item I arranged to be at home to receive. Promised time 2 hour window - did not arrive. Would arrive shortly- did not arrive. Would arrive before end of day. Waited until 11.00pm - did not arrive. Next day. Timed delivery- Did not arrive. Arrived later in day.,

First order was a good fit, so good, I ordered a repeat order for 2 more, but, they were made with a different waistband material which, is too tight, inflexible and aggresively squeezing. Can you supply, 2 of the first order with the same material or not?
