Unsatisfactory product, return refused
Very efficient delivery so that's why I gave them 2 stars. However I ticked the delivery info box but I guess didn't think the product would be so unsuitable. And the problem is that you don't know if it's unsuitable until you actually try it. My neck pillow made my neck worse rather than better. I am now left with a foam pillow which cost £52 used only for 15 mins. I understand the hygiene issues but in most cases the product can be steam cleaned/ sterilised on return. Very harsh policy. Most unhappy as I've now lost £52

Good quality
Ordered a knee brace for a torn MCL. Good quality product. However I had to exchange this for the next size down, there was no issue with reordering and refunding the exchange.
Will use this company again. BTW price was very competitive .

easy to order, the boot is great and exactly the same as one issued by the NHS. Bonus was it arrived early. Paid for next working day that would have been on a Monday and it was delivered promptly on Saturday.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience.
Unfortunately, the garment you purchased is subject to hygiene-related return restrictions. Before an order can be placed, our website requires customers to acknowledge that, unless the item is faulty, it can only be returned if it is unused and unopened with all original seals, tags and labels intact.
As the garment had been tried on after it had been opened, we were unable to authorise a return in accordance with the return conditions accepted at the time of purchase. This policy is in place to protect all of our customers by ensuring that garments of this nature are only supplied in a hygienic condition.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and are sorry for your disappointment.

Still waiting for news on item paid for 4 weeks ago
Paid for a piece of equipment that was £1165.99 incl VAT on 10/07/26. Nothing heard about dispatch or delivery, so I emailed on 22/07/26 and received an email from Tyla to say the item should be dispatched on 28th July. As I had heard nothing further I emailed on 03/08/26 requesting an update but no-one got back to me. I phoned on 04/08/26 and spoke to someone who said they would look into it and phone me back, I did not get a call or an email and the same thing happened again on 05/08/26 even when I asked to complain and was told that a "Victor G" would phone me. On 05/08/26 evening I put in a complaint by email but have heard nothing so far on 06/08/26 mid morning. Very disappointing service and I'm not optimistic that I will receive my product.

My 88 Yr old mum had a fall and broke her wrist, the sling they provided at the hospital was very uncomfortable so I went on line and spotted this. Just the thing, she finds it very comfortable and it doesn't slip like the one from the hospital.

Faulty product and have to pay return postage
I am having to return a 3 pack of Theraband resistence bands which have an overpowering chemical odour to them. It is therefore not acceptable and they are a potential health hazard. The supervisor has told me I am responsible for cost of the return postage and this will not be refunded. As they are not fit for purpose, it is a contravention of the Distance Selling Regs and Health and Safety Regs

As explained, natural rubber products can sometimes have a noticeable smell when first removed from their packaging, which typically diminishes after the product has been aired. We understand, however, that this may not be acceptable for every customer.
As soon as you contacted us, we issued a returns authorisation so that you could return the bands to us for a full refund. As the items were being returned because you found them unsuitable, rather than due to a confirmed manufacturing fault, our standard returns procedure applies.
