Support and information for online sale
The staff dealing with my sale contacted me personally on the phone, which I found very reassuring. They kept me informed at all stages and answered any queries I had fully and promptly. I felt anxious about doing this process online but the people helping me were very supportive and talked me through the process via email and on the phone. They provided me with lots of information and followed up whether I was ok with it and had any questions. I completed the sale on the planned date.

I was very nervous about selling my…
I was very nervous about selling my property after living there for 39 years . Not being tech savvy and recently becoming a widow the form filling put the fear of god into me as my husband has always done this. However after speaking to Raqeeya Zaman she explained the process and said she would help me with anything that was proving difficult. What a star she has been, she excelled in every situation, keeping me informed, helping me to fill in forms and take photos to attach to documents. She is truly an asset to your company, was polite, happy to deal with any situation and never made me feel incompetent with my lack of computer knowledge . I have not had this level of politeness and competence in a long time. Well done Raqeeya, I wish you well for the future.

Very poor and disorganised firm
The individual conveyancers we have dealt with at this firm have good and responsive, and we have some sympathy with them as individuals.
However, the firm itself which was recommended by our Estate Agent, is a massive disappointment. They have elected to change systems at what we would consider a reasonably busy period for them; this has clearly not gone well, we assume due to lack of planning, resource or expertise. Therefore, ourselves and our chain, as well as a myriad of other customers are left in limbo, especially given resource diverted to train staff as well as fix system cutover issues.
We appreciate staff have to work in the environment they are put in by a firm but the responses to final queries were provided twelve days ago, but we are no nearer the production of the reports and contracts to enable signature and setting of dates (along no doubt with many customers).
A real nil point firm and one to avoid, with hindsight we should have chosen our own firm rather than rely on an unreliable agent’s recommendation. Caveat emptor! (it was via IAMPROPERTY)
Rated a 2* as the staff are good just a shambolic firm.
5 days on and we have not yet seen the reports, nor do we have a completion date agreed, nor any communication from the complaints email address. We were verbally told the reports were awaiting sign off, and date was being proposed, but no party has confirmed this to us. Took review down to 1* as that feels more than generous.
We are now one week post the reports and documentation being sent for review but still no sight of them and having missed one completion date. No response yet to the complaint either.
