Kept informed every step of the way
Having to sell my mum's house after probate, the Medway Law kept us informed throughout the process which they completed in half the time expected. Only wish they handled other purchases and not just auction sales.

Avoid like the plague
They transferred the funds from the sale of my house into the wrong bank account and then became completely uncontactable. I was in hospital at the time and had to leave to resolve it. I have not heard from them since.

Stress Free
This was the easiest and most stress free selling of a house my husband and I have ever experienced. It all started with the introductory phone call to know who we would be dealing with, which to be honest gave us confidence from the start. We were kept well informed throughout the process and not once have we had to chase to find out what’s going on that’s how well informed we were. Whoever rang us were clear in their communication and never did we worry at any stage. The whole process was handled superbly by Medway Law.
