Amazing and so easy

Von was very helpful. He helped organize a replacement order and provided new tracking information for my delivery.
He followed up a few days later to make sure I had the tracking info to follow my order.

Tried Maev for my 130lb Shilo Shepard who I feed a RAW appropriate diet. I needed something similar as we were headed on a 2 week trip. While I found the food good, it was terribly expensive for the amount of food you get. They did include a free dehydrated liver package (4.4oz) which my dog refused to eat. I used the Maev food as a topper to the food I had frozen and what I could purchase from Markets while on the road. While traveling, I did reschedule future shipments as they automatically sign you up for additional shipments. Since I had already decided that it was very expensive, even as a topper, I wanted to cancel. There is no cancel option on their site so you need to call or email. I also noticed they had included another shipment of the Liver treats scheduled to ship the next day. I had not ordered this. I sent off an email explaining I wish to cancel and stop this shipment. However, the response came the next day saying a rep would contact me. That took another day and in the meantime, the treat shipment went out. The rep did contact me saying he would cancel my 'subscription but nothing could be done about the shipment. I responded that I would pay $35 for 4 oz of liver treats that my dog refused to eat. NO RESPONSE. I plan on disputing the charge. Update. After several unanswered emails AJ emailed me back and was apologetic but did not offer to refund the charges. (10/31)

Maev make's customer service stress free. Anytime I need assistance to help adjust my order a simple email is answered quickly. Always friendly service and extremely happy with the products. Paisley loves her food.

Maev has been a game changer for my dog. She is 8 years old and has so much more energy. I was skeptical that she would even be interested in frozen food. How is that even tasty? Not to mention, she is a small dog and has had numerous teeth pulled. How was she going to eat it? She does and absolutely loves it!! She also devours the freeze dried liver treats and the joint supplement bars. She has lost 5 pounds since I switched her food (which she needed to lose). I have tried Farmers Dog and NomNom in the past. Maev is by far her most favorite and the cleanest. I highly recommend this brand of dog food.

DO NOT BUY! I thought I would try Maev as a healthier option I was a new customer and needed to cancel an order right after placing - I emailed same day with zero response so I called waiting on hold for over 40 minutes for the rep to tell me they don’t cancel orders or do refunds at all- even though my order didn’t ship. If something happens to your pet on this food good luck because you will never get ahold of anyone and they don’t care. If there is anything wrong with your order you won’t be refunded and they won’t care. Be very careful before making the decision to buy this food.

Maev products were arriving at my house melted. Making for a terrible experience when they re-froze and it was time to feed my dog.

They updated their packaging process to make sure the food stayed frozen until I was able to put it into my freezer when I got home from work. It worked like a charm! No more gigantic bricks of frozen dog food!
