Ive had 2cuts and have been overall pleased so far. Only thing is grass wasn’t cleared as well the 2nd time. But we have a lovely garden and staff member is very professional, appreciate the service so far. As was so hot we gave him a cool drink once he’d finished

I have just had my first cut by Megamow, having received a flyer through the door a few weeks ago. I cannot tell you how delighted I am with the results. My lawn had been neglected for some time due to family illness and to return home from London last night to what I can only describe as a transformation has been amazing. I have absolute confidence that the team at Megamow will get my lawn looking pristine again.
This is a company who seem to do 'excellence' as standard at an affordable price. I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly commend this company to family and friends. I am so pleased to have retained their services.

On initial contact megamow seemed extremely professional.
My lawn was cut and strimmed in 12 min.
Very fast for a 9mx8m lawn.
Initially l was pleased with the work.
When l went into the garden with my grandson after they had left he picked something up from the grass.
It was two of the clips from my wave spa that had been propped up against my hedge to allow the surrounding lawn to be mown.
They had been strimmed off!
After calls and emails to Megamow they refused to accept any responsibility for the damage.
I have to buy a new base for my hot tub as there is nothing left to attach new straps to
I cannot have a lid that is not secure and safe as l have four young children and it is not safe to leave a water source open in case of drowning!
If you are thinking of using megamow BEWARE!!
If they cause any damage to your property the will not admit any responsibility for it !!

We used Megamow for 2 years and they were always reliable, punctual, and did a fantastic job with our lawn. We recently had to cancel our service because we are tiling over our lawn. Customer service was incredibly understanding and waived our remaining notice period as a gesture of goodwill. It is rare to find a company with such great service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I had to move our first mow at fairly short notice - customer service responded straight away and sorted it. The cut was brilliant (by Carl), garden looks fab and can’t wait for the next one!

MegaMow have been doing my lawn for years and have been absolutely reliable and helpful. The people who come to mow/strim are always willing to answer questions and listen to what I want - for example, not mowing down the daffodil leaves until they have died back. I recommend them highly, They are prompt to respond. I'm only leaving because I'm moving to an apartment.

A bit nervous at first with a online only service.
But a first class speedy and efficient and tidy service.
Now I can spend more time enjoying rather than doing.
