This was my first time ordering from this website, and I’m really pleased with the experience! Delivery was great, and the team provided excellent customer service. As for the product, I’ve only just started using it, but so far, I’m loving it! I love the feel of the lotion and how beautifully it melts into my skin, leaving it feeling soft, smooth, and moisturised throughout the day. So far, so good!

Awesome products, affordable pricing, Excellent service

I usually stick to the bigger beauty websites, so ordering from Melas Beauty was a bit of a change for me. I’m glad I gave them a try. I found the products I wanted, checkout was easy and my order arrived without any problems. Everything was genuine, sealed and in perfect condition. It’s nice discovering a smaller retailer that still gives you the confidence you expect when shopping online.

I decided to order from Melas Beauty rather than one of my usual larger retailers and had such a positive experience. Everything from ordering to delivery was handled really well. My parcel arrived carefully packed and all of the products were in perfect condition. There’s something nice about supporting a smaller business when the service is this good. I’ll definitely be returning for future skincare purchases.
