I love these boots so much. I want to get them in lots of different colours.

I have had my sandals a few weeks now and love them. I really hope they last a goof couple of years. Ordering and delivery was also prompt. I have seen some negative comments on here about the boots and no reply from Merry People. Please reply to these people as it is very frustrating when you don't get a response.

I bought these boots less than 2 years ago. Part of their pitch is the fact they never go on sale because the quality is so high. I think the warranty when I bought them was for two years. I wear these boots for an hour a day for around six months of the year for dog walking only, so I’ve warn them for two winters only. I rinse when they’re muddy and apply the rubber care product at least once a season. 2-3 weeks ago I noticed the rubber cracking on one of the boots and the inside of the sole was wearing away. I contacted Merry People and provided all the above info as well as images of the boots. I heard nothing. I’ve emailed another email which I found on their website and have heard nothing. No response whatsoever. As far as I can see they do not offer customer service so keep this in mind if you’re considering buying these boots. If anything goes wrong, they won’t be interested. They won’t even reply with a courtesy email. You’ll be totally ignored.

I did a lot of research before buying these, as I wanted something sturdy for dog walks and I was concerned about the price. I ordered the Tully boot in my normal size and the sizing is fine, their scanner is way off. They are a little heavier, but in all honesty I have found them so comfortable. I've probably worn them 2-3 times a day for just over a month so I can only hope they stand the test of time with their durability. A one year warranty is not the best and doesn't give me the confidence the company believes they're built to last as they should be.

-When doing research, it would have been nice to see some more organic reviews rather than an overload of influencers advertising them when they got them for free
-I had a notification that these had been delivered and they hadn't. I queried this with customer service and their response was quite poor. I was simply told to ask in my household, all of my neighbours and ring the post office. I was sent a POD, and you could only see feet so it wasn't proof to me it was my address. I had to use a generic tracking website to try and find my parcel myself. It was simply a case of mixed up tracking numbers which is fine - but customer service team, please do better.
-Returns process was easy as I'd ordered another pair, although having to print the return label isn't ideal in 2025. No one has a printer. Please enable QR codes.

These boots have been comfy and fit for purpose until they weren’t. Just after a year the rubber slit which meant they were unfit for purpose leaving me with wet feet on my dog walks.
The warranty only lasts 1 year so they have now gone to waste

I absolutely love these boots! They’re ideal for walking the dog — my feet stay perfectly dry, the grip is excellent and I don’t even need to add my insoles. The best part? After a muddy walk, I just rinse them off and they’re back to their original gorgeousness. Practical, comfortable and stylish - what more could you want?

What a great company. The clogs I purchased are exactly as described and very comfortable. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. So pleased I found their advert in Gardeners World magazine.

Ordered the Bobby Boots after using the online food measure guidance. Usually I'm a size 41, but the recommendation for my feet after scanning was size 40. I was slightly unsure, as I have a narrow foot, with high instep.I sought further advice by emailing, and the response was fast, and gave some tips and reassurance regarding the returns process should I wish to try indoors over a period of time. I was pleased to go ahead. Unfortunately I did need to return them as decided they were too snug to be comfortable. I probably should have just ordered my usual size first, but the scanner system was extremely accurate in measurements, so thought I'd trust the system. Is recommend ordering your usual size, if in doubt though. Returns are free, but I did need to print off the form then take to a UPS outlet. For some that may be a faf. But I managed this ok. The swap process took around a week and the for the refund to come through. The 41 boots are a much better fit. They are nice boots. Handy pull on tabs at the front and back. I love the socks too they're uper comfy. Is like it if they were slightly longer as only just peek out above the boot at the ankle. The rubber at the top of the boot isn't great to be straight onto the skin. But liked the socks enough to order more when ordered the second pair of boots. Some reviews I've seen say the boots are slippy in wet weather. I'm only a week in, and so far they seem grippy enough to me and it's raining and wet leaves everywhere at the minute. I would not replace a longer walk from a comfort point if view with my walking boots for these. But I like them for short dog walks or just general pottering out to the shops in wet weather
They are a much smarter looking boot than a walking boot, so I like them for that.
Overall think they're pricey. But I hope they last a number of years and I'll be happy if that's the case.

This is my second pair of boots from Merry People and they are just fantastic. They are totally waterproof and so comfortable on my odd shaped toes, I can also wear them without socks. The service was great also.
